Took ozzy for a 40 minute walk as he refused to go out with oh earlier. He makes me so proud he's getting so well behaved. He sometimes lunges to grab onto people on the street (out of fear and wanting something to cuddle) he did it for most people he passed with oh two nights ago but he didn't do it once for me.

We passed two dogs ... He did really well at first before he started to bark/howl and flung his back end round but only when we were literally passing on the street - normally he kicks off long before that and as soon as I told him enough he stopped. Unfortunately the second dog we passed was right round the corner from the first so he was still gunned up from the first so flailed again but much better than he used to be.. Didn't pull at all either :) we can also leave him out in the bedroom for a couple of hours at a time without him trashing the place now as well which we thought we'd never do - last time he escaped from his cage I came home and thought we'd been burgled!! There was pots and pans everywhere, the bins were both over and the contents all over the floor then the dog treat box was strewn across the living room floor along with disposable Bbqs - I see the funny side now but could've killed him at the time! Took me three hours to simply rid the house of the rubbish.

He's very jealous of my phone atm haha he keeps coming over and knocking my phone away with his nose to get attention

Just logging off from work now! Stupid work!

I now have 1 hour 20 minutes to straighten my hair which is one massive frizz ball at the moment, put on a little make up and do the laundry. F1ipp1ng hubby seems blind to the overflowing laundry basket!

IDL I would just put your hair up and jazz up the front - would that work for you? Saves youbthe possibility of getting washed out by the ran.

Bored and fed up. Spoke to J on Skype during my break, He is fed up as well! says he cba to go tonight, he is meeting friends for Chinese to see in the new year, I will call him 11pm UK time where it will be Spanish New Year then he will Skype me when he gets home probably just after midnight here. Told him he will be fine once he is showered and on his way. Enjoy your evening ladies whatever you are upto xx

Snuggled up in bed. Clients are in bed, just spoke to J as it has turned midnight over there, Now waiting for him to get home and will Skype, he was watching the fireworks then leaving he has about a 45 min drive home so will make it in just in time for new year here over here. x

We went to bed and finally settled about 3.30am but I'm always an early riser regardless of how much sleep I've had so I woke at 8.30 but got up as I hate wasting the day.

I can't believe it's 2016!!! I hope everyone had good and safe evenings. We took it steady drink wise and I'm glad as I feel as fresh as this morning (tired though)

I might suggest to OH we head out for a walk in a bit just to clear our heads.

Emily he works offshore and got called away last min so I ended up in bed and sleeping for the bells maybe next year we can celebrate together xx

Our decorations are still up. Traditionally they stay up until 12th night, which is January 5th.

And I normally take my decs down on New Year's Day, you don't need to keep them up until the 5th, just that is when they need to be down by, and if they are not you need to keep them up until Easter.

There had been a lot going on the last few days with the weather rigs evacuated and was I think 2 guys swept off and killed with the weather, such a worrying job I am always worried until he's back on dry land freak out when I've not heard from him xx

Blimey..... Your poor OH. I know when my OH worked in the Shetlands, the weather was very unpredictable and he often saw 4 seasons in 1 day.

Signal in those places is very hit and miss too so communication was often bad.

I hope he is ok and gets home to you soon xx

I always thought 12th night was 6th Jan as 12 days after Boxing Day is 6th Jan ??
