We are getting everything ready for LO birthday tomorrow. He's having a party at the miniature railway and then bbq back at ours. Shame about the weather though. This time last year it was so hot the balloons kept popping

Not been on for a few days as we've been in London - went to Wimbledon on Wednesday, the day that they hardly played any Tennis due to rain ha ha!!

We've been so busy getting everything ready for LO birthday tomorrow

Went and got him some foil Spider-Man balloons, put balloons up in the house and outside. Nipped the t3sc0 to get bread for making sandwiches tomorrow. Nipped to mil to get some pots she's made up with flowers and brought them back and put them in the garden. OH mowed the grass and sil came up and helped bring some tables up and cleaned them.

OH sorted the beer pump and kegs in his bar/man she'd and I cleaned a million glasses and dried them

Came in about 7 not realising the time so ordered a Chinese so LO could have some then just as I ordered our friends came so ordered them some food too.

LO went to sleep about 8.30 and they've just left. Bed time now ready for LO birthday tomorrow

Well my car has gone back in the garage because it's chugging and spluttering when it's sat at traffic lights..... It looks like a misfire but trying to locate the problem could be the difficult part!

OH and I were going to go for a run/walk round the res this morning but I've only just got up so we've sacked that off lol

He's going to pick his LO up soon so I think I'll stay and tidy up!

Emma I know all about it, we put money into the car a few weeks ago then Hubby's van broke down during the week so more money!! All whilst he's in the process of buying a new system for work which is costing a lot!!

My Rota is awful at the minute. A mixture of days and nights. On last night, on again tonight and tomorrow night. I hate nights so much :(

Soooooooooo bored today, but no motivation to do anything useful!
OH is at my sister's helping her husband to refit their bathroom. Then tomorrow he's working so I won't see him all weekend :(
Loads to do but I really want to do it with him around so it feels more like our wedding and not just mine, if that makes sense?!

I know that feeling of no motivation!!

I cleaned the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen this morning but now I'm too tired and just CBA.....

Not heard about my car yet but I hope it's sooner rather than later. I'm not convinced that he can solve the problem but we will see.

My sister rang earlier and she's taking my LO glamping next weekend in a yurt so he's excited for that. Just hope the weather picks up for them!

SIL, BIL, MIL all popped round earlier for a cuppa..... We ordered MILs dress for the wedding!

Well, both boys are in bed.... OH gone in the shower, I'm having a bath once he's out and then bed for us!

Just got a text that my car is done.... It was the cat which I'd bought anyway so it's £65 for him fitting, cleaning and some fluid in my engine.

Not bad to be honest but I've not got it til next week so he said I can pay then.... Thank god

Got a busy day today but struggling to get time to do it as we've got the kids and want take them out somewhere. Need to get LO stuff ready for his dad's and school tomorrow, drop him off at 10.30', pick my car up if there's someone in the garage, pick OHs other LO up, I need to go food shopping, go to n3xt, take the kids out somewhere, take LO home, drop the second LO home, sort washing out and then hopefully get some stuff done with OH tonight Wedmin wise!!

Urgh! I feel dizzy talking about it lol

Morning everyone.

Terribly sad news this morning, turned up at mass as usual and learnt that our parish priest passed away on Wednesday night. It's so sad, he was due to retire in 3 weeks today.

I really need to move- sat watching tennis

1 load of washing in. Another to do and also want to do bed sheets today too.

Need to empty dish washer, Hoover and wash kitchen floor, go food shopping, go to travel agent and give them passport details for holiday and book seats- 1 month until we go :-)

Mrs glad weather was good for train, shame it rained for BBQ :(

Well we've had a lovely day.... Went to Markeaton park with the kids, played on the park, went on a few rides, took them to Mac D for lunch, then went to a little farm park in Breaston and paid £1 for a bucket of food and fed the animals. Then had a lovely walk down the canal near LOs house, dropped him off, dropped other LO off, got some food from the little blue supermarket and now chilling at home!

Popped out in my car and it's still not right..... I'll be back on to the garage tomorrow to complain cos I'm not paying him for something he hasn't fixed!

Just cancelled our hotel rooms for the F1 at 51lv345t0n3 next week, we decided to just drive up early that morning - extra hour and 15 minutes of driving so early but the hotel is £199 per room for the night so that's £400 between me and dad that we save. I'll be exhausted from being up so early and driving but will be worth it to save £400.

If getting out of the car park is anything like last year anyway I'll just take a 1 hour power nap in the car before we actually leave the circuit - it took us over an hour last year to even get out of the car park/field.

Making myself mushroom risotto again tonight for dinner as hubby's not home, making a double batch so I can also have it tomorrow for dinner, saves me cooking tomorrow night.
