Woke up this morning with awful ovulation pains, my left ovary is currently releasing an egg which is of no use at all, wish they'd just take my uterus out, they could give it to someone else! Not like I'm going to use it again. Even though last night I had a very vivid dream where I was in labour, I had a student with me and i told her that she might want to get her mentor in now as baby was coming, had baby, then one of the lead midwives was hugging me being all pleased and jolly. Very strange.
In community today but only got one visit booked so goodness knows what else they will make me do. Seriously hope it's not the clinic I had to do on my first day out, but I did double check and noticed it looks as if it's cancelled. If the ward is busy I shall be helping out there,

I suffer bad with ovulation pains too GF.... They got worse after I was sterilised!!
After s3x, at ovulation time, I can barely walk the pain is that bad. I feel for you xx

I've got today off work which is so nice. Just need time to rest. It's tough working full time doing on average 45 hours a week, sometimes up to 50 hours a week and also being a full time housewife when I get home.

Yesterday was a lovely da. Wen for breakfast then to pick up our wedding rings. then popped to a warehouse to look at TVs. they didn't have anything so OH said about going to j0hn l3w15. got a rug from there and then to curry5 for a TV :) was nice spending time with him and he being really relaxed and happy xx

Hi all. Haven't been on all weekend as the festival has been in town so been partying all weekend lol. Went with the girlies on Saturday night was brilliant but was feeling hungover yesterday lol went with hubby and 2 other couples last night it was great. I took it easy on the drink but can't say the same for hubby lol. We had a great weekend. Need to go get LO from his nannas now.
IDL I hear ya. I work 36 hours one week 48 the next then trying to be full time housewife and mum. Not easy!! Would love a whole day to myself with nothing to do lol

We have a hospice in our home time which is fantastic and where my sister passed away. They often do draws but once a year they do a summer draw where the top prize is a car. We always buy tickets and on Saturday my dad got a call to say he won the car!! Amazing. So pleased for him. He deserves it and a bit of good news as he hasn't been well and has a long road of treatment ahead of him

I've just removed old polish and repainted my toes. Love having fresh nail polish on my feet, hate it when my toe nails look manky. They were fine Saturday but noticed yesterday I had chipped one. They were about 4 weeks old though so guess they were time to do a fresh paint.

Going to prep the chicken for dinner tonight so I can just pop it in the oven later. If I spatchcock it it'll cook faster. Then I think I'll do jacket spuds and roasted carrots whilst I have the oven on. Oven dinner tonight.
Then need to get to my best mates to pick up all my salad bowls from the salad I made for her bbq party Saturday.
I might pop into the shops for a wander. Also need to get to 800t5 on my high street to see if my repeat prescription is ready.

I always have my toe nails painted as hate bare toe nails, but they never stay nice as I just end up scuffing and chipping them on the dance studio floor.

Thanks Floss. I will. I've just prepped the chicken and carrots for dinner tonight so all I need to do is throw them in the oven later so that's nice to have that organised. Kitchen disinfected too.
I'll pop to my best mates soon then when I get home will take a stroll up to the high street, pop into 800t5, hope my prescription is ready and have a browse at the Monday market and in the shops. Nice weather out so will be nice to enjoy it.

I hate my feet and feet in general too... but I hate them even more if they're not painted!!! I suppose with dance I get my feet out quite a lot so I like them to look half reasonable. I do like wearing sandals/flip flops as well.

My feet are the reason I don't. My baby toes look like someone has dropped a hammer on them they have the tiniest nail and are just fat. The joints in my baby toes don't work either...

I am so ready for home time... need to go and do the shopping before I go home though, and then OH has asked me to walk the dog. He's working the late shift today (1 til 8) so at least I don't have to worry about making dinner for a while as he won't be home until about 8.30. Can't wait to veg out in my pjs with a cuppa.

I think I'll leave the cleaning til Thursday.... I'll have an empty house and can use LO bedroom as a storage room as he's staying at his nannas Thursday night.....
Only problem with OH being away is I'm his PA/main office contact to sort all his paperwork out.... Been sat filling in his papers for the last half hour....could do without it really but he can't do it up there.
I just wish work wasn't so busy at the minute..... It's crazy.

Had a student out with me this morning, we got our visits done by lunchtime. Then had to go into the unit to help out, not that there was much to do but hey.
Been to the dentist this evening for some work, anaesthetic is now airing off and because I had my mouth open for almost an hour it's aching bad now and no pain killers! So so tired as well and on call so might just go to bed soon

Went to OH parents last night for a bbq- was lovely, drank a bit too much wine for a school night but my excuse is if I don't I can't bare his brat of a sister! She's gone on holiday today so peace for 2 weeks!
Her and OH go to lanazrote every year- they go self catering and take pasta and noodles and cook most nights in apartment- it's really odd - it's not even they can't afford it! She's really weird like that and they have the same meals week in week out- really regimented and gets really annoyed and upset if she can't do what she wants her way! I still don't get how she is a teacher!

Evening all. Had a lazy evening. Treated myself to a new handbag from C@th K1ts0n online. Was 30% off so thought why not. Had looked at it earlier today and it said more than 10 left..looked this evening and it said 5 left so I ordered it and good job I did as its now out of stock. Got a make up bag too so that I qualified for free delivery.
Emily hope your feeling better soon, I'm feeling ill too hubby said its hangover but I'm not sure, doesn't feel like a normal hangover to me.

Fortunately was not called out last night, when I left the unit it was calm thankfully.
This morning I've woken with a swollen bruised cheek from the injections yesterday at the dentist. Never happened before.
Got my clinic day today so will be indoors all day, if it's nice at lunch though I might pop out and sit in the sunshine. Have got a student again with me,
