I've just done half an hour on the bike. 9 miles and burnt 296 calories. Now on the vibration plate before I go in the shower

Breakfast stuff washed up, laundry on, quick tidy up. Still not feeling it but ha in a cuppa and watching television to chill to see if the last of the headache goes and the nauseous feeling

It's a tad nippy here as well, been out to wake the rabbits up and straighten the garden after my son moved stuff around searching for the cat and never put it back

Just today and tomorrow left at work for me before off on holiday, excited but it's making work very stressful!

There are loads of yummy recipes in the book - surely there would be something they would like?! I'd say his recipes are relatively "normal".

Had shower and made myself look more normal than I was after exercising this morning haha

Didn't really sleep well last night - had a call from my mother that left me crying in frustration right before bed. Apparently my older sister feels it necessary to go through our mother to tell me things, despite having my email, G+ and f@ceb00k... ~sigh~

I've cleaned the windows as its lovely and sunny outside.

Hoovered up and cleaned through the house.

Thinking of taking LO for a walk to feed the ducks before dinner

It's really frustrating Emily watching one child clearly favourited over another, but there isn't really anything you can do about it. You and your OH will make your wedding work with or without his parents support. If his sister is being made into a spoilt brat and they want to spend their money on her, as much as it is unfair, it's their call. It's understandable that your OH is concerned if he thinks she is rushing into something too quickly, but it sounds like the parents would be there in her case to pick up the pieces if it goes wrong. It's also perfectly understandable to be worried about the parents getting into debt that they can't afford, but it is their decision and there's nothing you or your OH can do about it. I'm guessing you wouldn't be in a position to help them out if they struggle, although from what I've heard of them you might have to be prepared for them to try to make you feel guilty about not helping out. All you can do is deal with your own situation, and hope that at some point the sister grows up and her parents stop pandering to her.

Just got back from feeding the ducks with LO. Lovely and warm by the lake.

LO wanted a jam sandwich for dinner so he's just eating that

Day 2 of new system nightmare. We received minimal training from the IT department. The problem is it takes one to get stressed and whipped up, followed by 15 others. I seriously can't wait until the weekend. Havebeen here since before 8 this mornign and not likely to get out until late either. Have a banging head. Thankfully my colleague who does my job in the otehr team is in teh same boat!

Emily after the way you were treated (and your OH), they would have no right to expect help anyway. I hope it was nice to get out for a walk, I went into town at lunchtime with no coat on, and didn't even regret it.

It's really nice in Cardiff today. Apparently it's not going to last though.

I made sw stuffed peppers. Didn't like it so only had one. OH now sat here with a big bag of giant mnms and I've not had one

We've had the hamster out in her ball for a bit tonight. LO loves it

OH just gone to work. LO at nursery this morning so sil and I are going to the gym again. My stomach hurts today from the sit ups I did Tuesday

Feeling rough this morning, achey and sicky feeling. Did not help that hubby woke me early saying he could smell something funny, so I was the one who got up to find a cat had snook in, normally she's really good but this time she had pooped on the dirty laundry, so it was me who had to clear it up, by now, I just got up whilst hubby stayed in bed, downstairs I find a cat has vomited so cleaned that up, wrapped in a blanket curled in the sofa. Put the laundry in the machine and now want to curl up and sleep for a longtime.

Wow Emmilou that's awful. I hope your friend with breast cancer gets some better news. Maybe radiation would work?

Seems like it will be s lovely sunny day here as well, but it is cold, there was a frost this morning. I've put the laundry on the line and there was a bucket with rain water in. The top was frozen.

Breakfast stuff washed up, now back on the sofa with a blanket. I did put the kettle on for another cuppa but really do not want one. So unlike me.

It is icy here this morning too, but I don't mind at all when it's so gorgeous and sunny. Love a crisp sunny winter's morning! Even makes scraping the car half bearable.
