I got one of them the day after my car crash and stupidly fell in the trap of yeah well it was only yesterday so I don't really know what's happening.. Next minute they've got me on the phone for two hours trying to bustle me through to a solicitor who then bugged me everyday for over a week even after I said I wasn't interested.

Since I've been off work I've had one from these foreigners pretending to be from M1cr0s0ft and w1nd0ws just about everyday saying they're calling about my computer. First time I hung up straight away then played along a couple of times now v1rg1n have ever so kindly given us withheld caller block I've not had one but they're trying to hack people's laptops and computers .. Sad thing is some people will fall for it like the older generations bless them.

My mum had one of those calls from someone pretending to be from Micr0s0ft. She just played along and was like "what's a computer?" hahaha.

I never answer any calls where I don't recognise the number. If it's important they will leave a message. Always G00gl3 numbers after they've called too and normally find they're spam calls so just block them x

I do too. I've had two off an 0208 number.. I answered the one yesterday but no one spoke then they hung up then they called again today but it only rang once so I was like what an earth!? G00gl3d them and it's tu1 group so I thought I best call back because it's about the honeymoon then it was just a standard recording "hi this is simply a courtesy call from tu1 regarding your recent booking there is no need for any further action"

So why call twice in two days and then not speak when I answer? I don't understand .. There's too many spam calls these days

These guys have far too much time on their hands!! We've not set up a page for ours yet:

We're pretty much set on day guests I'm just hoping that my step dads two brothers and families can travel over from New Zealand to be there as a proper family reunion .. They have said they want to come and will try they're best we let them know via Facebook ages ago but I still have their save the date cards to send in my purse because I need to go to a proper post office for overseas stamps and I can't drive with these meds.. Gr!

It's just evening do that I can't decide now .. Originally we were lookin at about 100 guests which I was happy with and we'd sort of got numbers there or there abouts and now the closer it gets the more I think oh it would be lovely to invite x or the more people I was close friends to start to get interested so should I invite more of them .. At the minute I've only really invited two people around my age and that's my bridesmaids!! Then because I only started my job last year there wasn't really anyone i would've invited but now that I'm regional and I advise managers of locations there's loads of people from work I'd love to invite for the evening but would mean them travelling 3-4 hours just for the evening do and would then take numbers to like 150 at least .. Oh is inviting people from his work so would look odd if i didn't but then because I'm regional can I really just pick the people that I like without offending others!?

Just invite who you want to invite Becci and try not to worry about how it will look or what others will think! OH will probably invite people from his work but I won't be. We haven't really thought about evening guests too much at the moment, who knows who we may want to invite nearer the time. I think we are looking at the same sort of numbers as you though xx

There is a select few from work Id love to be there as they've supported me a lot at work because I've had a bit of a rough start what with witnessing a car being stolen from our car wash area a week before I arrived on cctv and then having to appear in court for it and having to get to know so many teams and coach and develop them from day one of being on station when I've never met any of them before and I would only be there a week - 3 weeks, then the car crash. I'd love to invite two managers fTom glasgow; two girls from Stockton; one or two from Newcastle; most of the Leeds lot; a couple from Liverpool and possibly the other 3 members of my team which would then mean my boss, warranty manager and my engineer who's fabulous and makes me laugh even if he does deem all my cars as write off all my cars which are meant to be rented when we are so short on fleet. But they're from London way!

I just feel this approach might be seen as harsh on the staff I don't invite

I would like to invite one of my colleagues and her toddler and my boss and his wife (have met her several times and she's lovely), but we are a really small team so I think it's probably better to keep personal and work life separate! Also part of me finds it strange that my boss would be there lol... knowing him he'd probably take me aside and have a catch up about work hahaha.

It's not that I definitely don't want them there, I think I'd just find it a bit strange.

Tu1 have just called me again .. They were calling about seat options that's they had an offer on the premium cabin seats at £280 per person which gives you premium long us, fast track check in, fast track security, priority boarding and priority luggage, 4 course a carte meal and our own cabin crew service and obviously much bigger seats ... I'd love to be able to treat other half to premium he'd be over the moon but still can't warrant £280 per person after already spending £3700 on the honeymoon ...
I did agree to the extra leg room seats though now after the rtc because a 10 hour flight with a bad back and no space would be torture which was £65 per person .. I told him to call back if the cost of premium dropped under £200 per person.

Do you think I'm being tight or do you agree £280 per person is a lot of money!?

I'd say the only real benefits are the bigger seats/leg room and the 4 course meal. Fast track check in/security and priority boarding/luggage cannot be worth that much money. There is nothing wrong the standard offerings for all that. I wouldn't pay it but then that's just me and I probably couldn't afford to! We are going to do the VIP lounge in the airport though which isn't too pricey and will add a more 'special' element xx

Been trying to plan our Christmas get together with the girls for 2 days now, it's driving me bonkers!!! They wanted to go to our wedding venue for afternoon tea (as they are all the bridesmaids and wanted to see it) but it's impossible agreeing a date with everyone as we all work so weekdays are out of the question (one works in a school so no annual leave during term time for her), one of them is in London and works in bar so it's hard for her to get weekends off.... think we're going to scrap that idea now and just go out for a meal/drinks on a weekday evening.

I am thinking of asking one of the girls if she'd still like to do afternoon tea at the venue but just me and her. She is the one who came up with the idea initially and really wanted to see it. She is also the one who has been a bit pushed out recently so thinking it might be nice for her. Would probably piss the others off if they knew though lol xx

    Not got much motivation today.
Making brownies tonight for my friend's wedding on Saturday, they are having a "proper" cake but also a big cake table and they asked me to make something. Everyone else was doing cupcakes or lemon cake or actual cake, so I thought my curly wurly brownies would be something a bit different :)
