LO at nursery this morning and OH doesn't have to go to work until 8am today.

Got last minute bits to get then I'm all set.

Ahhhhthat helps doesn't it GF..... Little things like that go a long way. I may have to kick some butt this Xmas break and get the boys moving as I'm not spending all of my time off picking up after them!

Hopefully this afternoon I can have an hours big clean through so we can enjoy Xmas eve and tomorrow without cleaning up!

My mum and step dad are both on nights tonight and tomorrow but they don't mind as it gives the people with young children chance to have Christmas.

My mum did say though on text that out of the possible 39 Christmas' since she has worked as a nurse/midwife, she has worked 32 of them!! That's mad...... I never remember as a child not having my mum there on Xmas day but she has somehow got round it!

This is my first christmas to work as when I was a HCA there I was on the bank, then as a student we had xmas off, then I was on the bank after that! This year I expected to do it.

Maybe she meant new year too. I'm not sure.

I remember as a child being sooooo excited Xmas eve and not being able to sleep as the thought of loads of present was just so exciting. I wonder if my LO feels the same?! Lol

That is the hoovering done, work uniform ironed, cuppa now and then shower and pop to town before finishing off the wrapping.

Morning all. Working from home today so crawled out of bed late and turned my computer on :) Feel more refreshed now. Have tim headbutting me :)

Last night was a bit of a fail. OH didn't call his nan before we went round and she was out. Popped to see his uncle and to the other cub leader. When we got home had a note from Mom and Dad to say my aunts garage had been on fire so they were round there. cooked dinner and by the time that was done just sat down to watch TV. MUST cut OHs hair tonight

Ended up being awake from 4:45-6:45. Then hubby's alarm went off at 7:10 as he'd forgotten to turn it off. I did go back to sleep, but I'm wide awake now.

my af pains are horrible normally. I'm on the pill so not too bad but because of family history they tried to take me off them and find another contraceptive. The pains were horrible when off it. nothing else worked so back on the pill and have to monitor myself and the side effects but silver lining is AF pains aren't as bad.

Stripped my bed and put that in the wash so will have freshly laundered sheets to get into tonight, cannot wait.

Been out into town and got the stuff for breakfast tomorrow, picked up a couple of stocking fillers as well. Now off to wrap the last of the gifts,

So we had our 20 week scan Tuesday and had the sex put in an envelope so we could find out with the girls this morning. We are thrilled we are having a BOY after 4 girls finalising our little big family !!!

It's Xmas eve how did that happen, I'm getting prepared for tomorrow trifle and raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake

Just got bathroom to clean and another clean of the living room and kitchen as I'm ocd lol xx

Love the build up on Xmas eve idl have a nice day and hopefully the traffic isn't to bad

I love making trifle so easy but tasty, I'm not sure weather to make a start on some of the meat as I have beef, ham and turkey go cook xx

I got a text off my birth dad about 12 today asking when he can come round with my present and that my step sister had given birth on 22nd..

Evening All, Managed to get J to pick something out for a Christmas present today, He has already had one present and he has a couple under the tree that he doesn't know whats in them. Think he will tell me off tomorrow haha!

My Nephews GF been induced today so watching the book of face to see if she has it tonight or tomorrow, Not overly keen on her but hey ho it is his choice.

Went to see my mum and dad earlier to give them their Xmas presents then came home and mil/Sil popped round for a drink as OH was at the pub

Work finished until tomorrow night, just got th stocking gifts to wrap up and sort, all gifts in respective sacks.
