Afternoon All, Been home nearly a week now can't believe how quick it is going. Bumped into the woman who interviewed me at shopping centre and as she was with her husband who we know stopped and said hi, Just watched her squirm as she knew her and the company she works for never got in touch about the job, bumped into another company in the shopping centre and have a telephone interview tomorrow with them also have sent a couple of CV's off to different company's hopefully something will turn up. Just had a meeting about my cover and seems manageable in the 1/2 day I have been allocated to them.
OH went to see a house just and wants me to go see it. We drove past and I wasn't keen on the location. It was a bit pokey and shoved in the corner. 100m down the road and it would have been perfect overlooking a park with a lovely lake. I was hoping he wouldn't like it and it would be ruled out completely. Have asked him to arrange to see that and to see 2 more that are run down, been lived in by the elderly but are in a nicer area.

Hiya all. Not long back but I have now purchased everything that needs to be purchased. Had a bit of a mare getting there but still easier than our main town. The fast boats were cancelled due to the weather so had to go to catch the car ferry, had a cooked breakfast on there though so bonus. Shopped, had a cuppa, shopped a bit more, then after that the fast boat was running so got there with about a minute to spare, home now, sore feet, but glad I put th veggie chilli in the slow cooker.

That day dragged!! It's throwing it down here and cold.
I'm hungry but can't be bothered to make anything. Need to clean the GF grill! The house smelt awful when I walked in.
Can't wait to see OH tomorrow night. Missing him like crazy. I think it's the time of year and when I see couples together, I miss him more.

Well we got the food shop today it was chaos in the supermarket they only close for a day and some people were so rude! But thankfully I have all things bought so will not need to return
Feel like a glass of vino is on the cards tonight
H2b and I are going to our gave farm cafe tomorrow for lunch and I can't wait the food is lush xx

OH and I will get some food in on Xmas eve but I'm only going to local shops as I just can't stand the supermarkets when they are rammed!
The blue express shops will be good enough... Pricey but I'm not struggling to buy food in the big ones for the sake of a day!

We won't be shopping again now before Christmas or if we do we'll nip to m0rr1s0ns to pick up some booze as we didn't buy this I'm Saturday as I knew I had a burys voucher with my n3ct@r card to use by Xmas eve for £12 off when spending £60 but they've just confirmed I won't be able to use them now as they've cancelled my card *humph*
We have about £70 of morri vouchers so will just use these to get the booze and a few picky bits maybe before Xmas but if we don't get chance it's no biggy now. In honesty we probably won't get chance as I'm meeting my bm for tea tomorrow night in Manchester as she only moved there a month ago and doesn't really know anyone - I was visiting Manchester branch through the day working so thought it would be nice to take her for tea whole im there - should also hopefully mean I miss the car park that is the m62! Then Xmas eve we've been invited for tea at my aunty and uncles and their food is lush so not turning that offer down!
I'm off to sleep now for a super early night as I too aren't feeling great- I felt a little sick in the car home today but thought it would just be hunger, I'd arranged to go to the track with mum so went to the track and we were doing 3min 1min intervals and my tummy was really sore then after the second round I just about threw up. I skipped the 3rd round and forced myself round rounds 4 and 5 but it wasn't great then skipped round 6 too. I felt really weak so was hoping I was just hungry but I've eaten and had a shower and I still don't feel human yet and I'm really dissappointed I didn't manage the full session :( Have a really nasty iron / metal taste in my mouth too... Yuck.

Hi Everyone Not been on this thread for while as it just ran away from me. 2 days and already up to 4 pages!
Last day at work for me today. Been really pressured to finish off a ridiculously large quote, got it done and then a phone call 10 mins before I finish to cancel hotel (fine but it was non-refundable so need to see if I can get a favour) and make a flight booking. Left 40 minutes after the end of my shift.
However it was a ab day, radio on, Xmas buffet and secret santa pressies.
OH went down to Plymouth today so I am on my own, been productive and put up all our cards, got some washing done.
I will be out shopping tomorrow and then wrapping everything, hopefully we can have a nice day together Thursday before all our travelling round Friday and over the weekend.

Last day of the nativity project today. It's always such a relief to get to the end, especially this year with the low volunteer turnout. Recruitment is going to be a big thing this year. There was an opera running alongside so we started the get out at 9:00. The van is now loaded ready to go to the store, and all the costumes are sorted ready to go to their storage. All that needs to happen now is the tech company to collect their things, and the costumes to be picked up.

Morning ladies
Woke up still nauseous this morning and I now have two very red rashes that are really hot to the touch and itchy ones on my face running to my neck and the other my neck to my chest. Mums concerned and got me to do the glass test but the rash went when I pressed firmly and I've had all my jabs. She's trying to get me to go to the walk in but I need to get to Manchester for work and I'm meeting my bm tonight so will see how it goes through the day

Need to pop to the bank for OH when I finish work to pay his wages and his tips into his account, going to pop to the shops and see if I can get him a few more pressies (he's gone nuts with mine so now I feel guilty that he doesn't have as many!), then going Christmas food shopping with my mum this afternoon which is going to be horrendous!!!
OH came home last night with loads of goodies from his customers. A chocolate and amaretto cake, 2 tubs of chocolate and a huge box of biscuits! We've already had 2 tubs of chocolate too, going to keep us going that's for sure.

Morning all. So nice of your boss letting you go early Floss GF that street is so pretty and quiet.
Still haven't slept properly. Told OH he needs to pick his act up yesterday. It was my one night 'off' last night and after an hour long telephone drs apt I still had to cook dinner and clean kitchen while he went to football and sat on his backside. Things with his family have ground him to a complete halt and he doesn't want to help out for fear it will be real but I just cannot cope doing it all on my own. feel really sorry for him though. Can't be easy going 'home' to see your parents have put your belongings into bin bags and are redecorating. Feel harsh but desperate at the same time.. MEN!
