Just been to the big yellow supermarket. They didn't have whole meal pittas so got brown thins instead..... 100 cals per pocket so 2 filled with tuna will still only amount to approx 318 calories for lunch. I'm good with that

Hubby cheated on his Fitbit today, he left it in his pocket so it went through a wash cycle and then the tumble dryer so registered almost 8000 steps. Still works though.
Dinner is cooking, I'm starved, got Spanish chicken with mash and broccoli

Evening all- how is it Sunday night already- with working yesterday, don't feel like I've had much of a weekend!
Had a late breakfast at F&Bs today- really naughty but then only had a couple of blood oranges about 4pm-
Not done much today, just usual food shopping, washing and house cleaning- waiting for roast chicken to cook snd also got butternut squash and sweet potato soup cooking for lunch for tomoz :-)
OH and I had just done a lad of wedding stuff on spreadsheets with guests etc, stupid thing crashed and it hadn't saved! Sooo annoying!
Also been looking at summer Holidays for last week July / 1st week August- soooo expensive in school hols but as OH is a business manager across 7 schools, can't take holidays at any other time- anyone know where is nice and cheap abroad where there is not likely to be anyone trying to get to Britain in a boat and won't break the bank- must be some hidden gems out there!

We took Sil and LO for a ride out to lady bower this afternoon but got a phone call from mil to say she's got to rush fil to hospital as blood was pouring from his ear and he was light headed etc. we said we'd come straight back so put it on the sat nav and it took us to Sheffield which is the complete wrong direction to home.
Told O.h to drive straight to hospital so he could how his dad was. He stayed with him and his mum and I drove sil home so she could sort dogs out etc. oH has come home in his mums car and his dad has been admitted and will fetch his mum later. OH upset bless him. Just want to know everything is ok

I've gone really tired.... Had another day of eating rubbish so both OH and I are starting a fresh as of tomorrow....
We are skint this week and so it's a case of eat what's in the freezer and unfortunately it was a mix of oven chips, onion rings, chicken dippers and scampi!!
We got healthy food for the week so will get right back on it..... Not doing my DVD tonight will start again tomorrow. Did so e basic strength exercises this morning so don't feel too bad for not doing it!
LO is staying at C3ntr3 Parcs another night and his Nanna and grandad are raking him to school from there xx
Been child free since Friday morning after I dropped him off and it's been lovely lol.... Everyone needs a break every now and again!

Dinner was ok, not as nice as I would have liked though.

Church was good this morning, and I got a cuddle of the new baby who is four weeks old. We went to visit a mosque this afternoon, as there is a national mosques open day. It was really interesting and we got a really warm welcome. Hubby and I both know quite a bit about Islam but even so both of us learnt things that were new to us. They wrote our names in Arabic calligraphy as well, and had a table with Muslim dress. We also bumped into a couple who we hadn't seen since our wedding, as they live a bit out of Cardiff and we all have such busy lives. It was lovely to see them, and their boys were having a wonderful time. It was all very child friendly.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
