I've been up all night coughing and was starting to get worried it might be a chest infection, managed to get a docs appointment this morning (the p word is magic for getting appointments) and it's postnasal drip bleurgh.

Becci sorry to hear you had such a bad experience that's horrible. I hope use will get some sort of compensation but understandably it won't make up for how your day went.
Flossie I've had a headache this past few days it's horrible. Can only take paracetamol when pregnant which is rubbish for me. Someone suggested tiger balm so I'm going to go get some in the chemist later.
It's my birthday on Monday and as I'm working Saturday night and Sunday night hubby is taking me out for a meal tonight. We were going to go Monday but I think I'd just like to chill with hubby and LO Monday evening.

Me too. This one is banana creme burlee. I wasn't sure but when I tasted it omg! It comes with carmalised banana on the side and home made ginger snaps. They better still be doing it or I will cry lol

Just had a message saying dance has been cancelled tonight due to low numbers... bit annoyed at the late notice and it's a bit of a cop out anyway cos we've been dancing with low numbers of people since term started again at the start of Sept anyway. But oh well, I'm feeling a bit poop anyway so I think a hot bubble bath and then PJs and telly is on the menu for me tonight.

Just got back from my first physio referral at the private hospital .. he's fairly confident my MRI I had last year shows no major causes for concern and instead is pretty certain it's just a nasty tear to my erector spinae (biggest muscle in your back) but because the blood supply is so poor it will not heal on its own without intervention .. so after a year and a few months of pain this guy thinks that it can be resolved in 6 weeks woooooo!!

OH and the kids have gone for a haircut. I've washed the pots, cleaned the kitchen, put a washload in and hoovered downstairs.
Coffee for me then shower and hair wash!!
I've got a date tonight with the husband...... first one since getting married. We are going to the cinema and then for some food after. I'm sooooo looking forward to it. Some US time!

Morning all
Was working yesterday morning and the we had a 50th party to go to. Three of my colleagues all had the big one this year so they had a joint party. Either my shoes have bruised my toe badly or I have broke it. Ooops!

Danielle I had cocodamol at one point in my pregnancy, because an old back problem had flared up causing referred pain in my hip which quickly moved to my legs. I was shaking at first it was so severe, and over night I didn't sleep at all. I tried a heat pack which didn't do much, and paracetamol didn't touch it. I went to the doctor as I couldn't have another night like that. It improved in the morning, then came back when I turned over my ankle before settling down, and after that it was better.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.

I wish someone could convince Joseph of the value of sleep. Last night he waited until I was settled in bed and thinking I could sleep before he woke, then woke for his feed at 3:00, then at 5:45 was awake for the morning.

Evening all
Ended up popping out and having a breakfast at the American diner, it was lush. Came home,had a small doze on the sofa, been to pump and now showered and ready for work. First of three nights
Bruising has come out even more now, more or less the whole toe and a bit underneath as well.
