Had an amazing day yesterday, the boat trip was amazing. Really interesting. Weather was glorious, we had a pint in the pub before heading back and only then did it start to rain a bit, came home, got laundry in, went out for a curry and then to the pubs. There was a mahoosive storm.
Found out this morning that the woman who had ovarian cancer who held the function at our venue when we stayed there in July, where we won the boat trip from, has passed away. I thought she was a survivor.

Morning all Sorry to hear about lady with cancer GF it's such a horrid thing. We had a massive downpour followed by thunder and lightning last night it started when I was out riding my horse,who decided it was better to get home quickly,thought my heart was going to pop out my chest he went that fast.lol And we've had it again this morning knocked the sky off so kids moaning,and to make matters worse my mobile isn't working I've not had it long,grrrrr Anyway venue viewing later so something to look forward to..............

She's not very old as well and even at the party she was really enjoying herself, it's awful. She's left her hubby and littl boy behind. Not sure when it actually happened, but both the mws who knew her were in on Friday and had not said anything, even the lady on the boat trip yesterday did not say anything either and she knew her. Weather here today is awful, hubby just said do you want to go out for a fry up? I said where abouts do you want to go, he said hmmmmmm well they are bad for you! So looks like he was teasing me! Fab!

It's stopped raining here for now but don't know for how long,Sky still looks thundery. I love it but kids don't but tough there's not much I can do xx I'd go make myself a big greasy bacon and egg sandwich and eat it in front of him,n when he asks where his is tell him he said they're bad for him,lmfao xx

Stopped raining here as well. Stuck a jumper out on the line which needed the last bit of drying off, hopefully it will do that before another lot comes in
Went out to the orange supermarket, then went to an American 50s style diner for a breakfast. Love it there. Now going to start on a mahoosive roast dinner for tonight, my son, his gf and Freddie are round as well. But that won't be until much later as the other two are not back from their dads until 6ish.
We're just about to sit down with some flipchart and do our budgeting for the wedding ... may have a few dreams shattered!

Evening ladies what a fast busy weekend I have had! Our back garden looks awesome h2b has made it look amazing! Just realised the time! Not made dinner yet! Oops! Been busy researching and booking holiday in November! Just booked 7 nights all inclusive in Mauritius, 5* hotel for £3240 for both of us, includes airport and hotel transfers saving us from trying to find hideously expensive taxis when we arrive and leave. Sooooo pleased!
