Our three-bed in Cardiff was £145k, but that was with a lot of work to do including damp proofing. Most three beds in this bit of Cardiff are around 160k to 190k. It's nearer the centre so a bit more affordable. Some areas for a family size home you can be looking at £400k-£500k.

Michelle I had the flu jab this year because of the pregnancy. I was surprised how quick it was, I was only in the room for a couple of minutes total, including questions about how many weeks I was and if I had any allergies. The only side effect I had was if I leant against something on that side it felt like I had a bruise there.

Morning,

The wind was horrendous last night. I genuinely lay in bed and the thought the house was gonna take off!! Woke up this morning dreading seeing the state of the back garden but nothing has moved. Just hope it hasn't caused too much disruption else where

Only at work until 12.30 today. LO has his hearing aid assessment at 4 so put half a day in.

I wish it was Friday already

The only thing that had moved on our back garden was the patio set cover had blown off and it's ripped the strings off to hold in place

Not got much on today. Did lots yesterday. Got general cleaning and tidying to do

It's so windy here too dreading going out in it

I have the funeral today for the wonderful lady we lost last week, she's been like a second gran to me, she's my grans best friend who's been there for everything, she was 93 and was so independent up until the last few months when her health was affected will be sad to say bye xx

EC- had my flu jab a few weeks ago- get it free from work- mine hurt a bit, especially when sleeping but was fine- men just like to moan lol- just seen that snow is predicted for weekend......

Can't bring myself to get up this morning it's so dark it's like its the middle of the night still!! Must get up and go roaming to some of my locations as my meeting has been cancelled so now don't have any plans. I like store managers to know when / if I'll be arriving out of courtesy but I need to do some visits and I can't waste a full day

I read all the books before seeing the first film and was a bit disappointed to be honest, the internal dialogue in the books makes a huge difference I feel.

Hope you manage to find the motivation Flossie to do the work, hate it when that happens. I am already worrying about next week as I finish my nights Monday morning and back to work on a long day (0730-2100) on Tuesday. I struggle the next day as it is. I want to stay up until 10pm as it is Walking Dead night, but do I sleep loads in the day and then risk not being able to sleep at night, or do I not sleep much and risk either being asleep by 7pm or what sometimes happens get overtired and become alert.
