I skipped some of the strength sessions as they looked far too energetic for me - with all the burpees, push ups etc! Think we'll save those ones for when I've got my fitness levels up a bit hahah. Once I've worked my way through the rest of the sessions though I'm just going to randomly pick and choose every time I do it :)
I'm a terrible runner. 10 minutes non-stop is fab! xx

I've not been hungry today, don't know what's wrong with me! Had a 3 egg omelette for breakfast and half a melon for lunch.. got soup and a banana with me as well but just don't feel hungry at all.

I honestly can't remember, I think they came pretty quickly. They had wonderful customer service though. I had the whole thing with mine being the last pair they had that had been on the shop floor, so although they were already heavily discounted in the first place they discounted them even more for me. Couldn't fault them! xx

OH still in the garden.
LO picked spaghetti for his tea. Bad mistake that was after a bath. Him and the floor were covered so just had to wash him again. Still muggy here and it keeps spitting with rain.
