Just hit show bookmarks by mistake, found I had bookmarked a general chinwag thread from 2011!!!!!

Mrs mw, I hate that, I go through patches like that, touch wood, recently I have been so whacked I've been sleeping ok.

Em, I hated hubby working away, just did not like him not being here. Hated it so much. Was so glad it was all done and dusted.

At the start I thought it was a great idea, it ended up with me hating it so much i started to almost resent him going which caused almost a disagreement.

Exciting news about the cake Emma. You'll have to let unknown how you get on.

Even OH commented on how tired I look today and he doesn't normally. We've only got blinds in the bedroom and they aren't black out ones so I've asked if we can get some curtains to put up too so can darken the room a little. Will see how I sleep tonight otherwise I'll be going shopping tomorrow for a curtain rail and curtains lol

Mrs mw, it might be worth seeing if you can get at least a black out blind. I had thought about it for when I do nights but the tablets I take before bed knock me out enough and th light does not bother me too much,

I could do with some tablets to knock me out lol

I got some good lined black out curtains for LO from N3x7 and they do a good job though he does have a black out blind as well x

It's so warm tonight, I think it might be a case of sleeping ŵith the Juliet doors open.

Just back from A8da. It was go there to get pressies or cinema and we went there. How exciting lol got my dad some nice polo tops & his fav chic and OH dad aftershave set. OH present is sorted (taking him away for the night). Been naughty and got pizza so waiting on it to cook with a beer. Been so good all day too. Oh well tomorrow is another day

Morning all, having a chilled morning today. OH woke me up at 7 to say bye before he left for work (I won't see him until tomorrow evening now as he is off on a stag do as soon as he gets home today and I won't be in!). Had a nice soak in the bath now just catching up on e@stenders :)

Need to walk the pooch at some point, got a dance performance later on today at an arts festival and then going to GBK tonight with the girls :)

Thanks GF! I''m only in one dance, we've only got a 30 minute slot and most of the pieces are kids pieces. Will be a nice little rehearsal before our big summer show next weekend though!

Not that I know of, I suspect rehearsals might just get sprung on us though. We're definitely rehearsing Thursday and we have the technical rehearsal on Friday night then it's show time!

I worked so hard at rehearsals last night I felt genuinely sick. I couldn't even eat my dinner after, OH ate his and then most of mine too!

It's a horrible feeling but at least you know you've worked hard! I'm feeling good for it this morning :)

Went to the garden centre earlier and now just had bacon cobs for dinner yummy

Just spoke to my mum. Her and my dad and 2 sisters have gone to a big model helicopter weekend in the caravan. My dads fell over and has has to have St. John ambulance over to him as he's hurt his ribs, stomach and got chest pains. Just asked if they want us to go and bring the caravan back and for them to come home as mum worrying now :(

Just took LO to his guitar lesson and he loved it!!

Gotta clean the bathrooms now. Hate doing it but got family all round tomorrow for Father's Day.

Nice choice of present GF. My dad's Mclaren top came this week (with mine). Need to wrap it and write his card.
