I did myself some autumnal inspired nails at the weekend, quite pleased with them! Just beginning to chip now though. I love doing my nails all pretty but they don't last long so makes me wonder why I bother wasting my time. Pretty nails are definitely for people who don't have to use their hands much!!!!

I agree,think we should all give up and go back to bed. Currently trying to find nice but cheap wedding invites as we only have a few going to main ceremony ( if they all come anyway) so not going overboard with them!!! Also evening ones too. Not in mood really but it needs doing. X

I've only ever had my nails done professionally once and even that was just a french manicure. I like doing my own nails on occasion but normally just have them natural, can't be doing with all the fuss! x

I normally have mine done but having a rest from it as my nails were horrid after last lot i took off I had done in a new salon by me,I get stuck on colours too,lol too many to choose from...

I would love to have my nails done professionally all the time but couldn't justify the cost. have them painted most of the time now as I am trying to get them in a better condition but it doesn't last long.
Usually a very subtle colour or sometimes will go for bright purple etc

That's the nails all off. Been into town to get some strengthener for them, it's one that soaks into the nail though, was hoping for the one that coats it like a varnish, I had that before. Got some hand cream for nails as well.

I've only had my nails done once, a few days before the wedding. Even then I just had a basic smooth and polish, no colour. There was all sorts I could have done with the wedding colours and designs, but it wouldn't have looked like me then.

When I went to m0rris0ns this morning they had cinema type things in there on the Xmas aisle. A m@lt3@ser box shaped like a popcorn box with m1nst3ls, m@lt3@sers and 2 packets of microwave sweet popcorn for £5. Thought it was a bargain to say how much they charge at cinema

Stresco shop just arrived had free trial of some crisps so sat and munched on them haha! had mouthful of salad for lunch but didn't taste right, cant wait til after the wedding then wont have to worry to much about what I am eating! Afternoon all, how's things?
Personally been feeling miserable last few days; got an email from my dad saying my stepdad had to go into a hospice last week - only days left apparently - and now I dread even checking my emails & 'phone in the mornings :(
Trying to keep positive and/or busy - mostly using what I can from wedding planning and job hunting - but can't really focus from worrying. Can't eat, either, which isn't gonna help with anything.

Hubby put his pic is up of Bestival, and I noticed that he never actually took any of me, or me and him together. There was one he took of myself and my daughter and I managed to get in over his shoulder. They were all of everyone else. I said to him out of all the pics he took I'm in one of them! He'll happily take pics of everyone else, but never of me. He's taken the day off today, why I do not know, but he's just sat all day with his head in his phone.
This morning when it was all wet and horrid, I decided to cook a roast beef dinner. Now the sun is blazing and it's lovely I kinda wished I had not.
