We've got no plans at all, the kids go to their Dad's tomorrow.
Got a letter from the CSa to say my ex owes me so much, there is a part that says some people in the similar situation have decided not to collect them and if that is the case then they shall put the arrears at zero! Why would they do that? It's only just over £600 but still a lot of money.

Susan, have a hug, I'm taking a wild guess at what he has done and if he has done what I think then you need to dismiss him from your life entirely and do NOT let him ruin your day, your future or your girls futures.
That said although you dont think it involves your girls please please ask them a few times when they are on thier own and not together and double check. My future SIL was abused by her great uncle and didnt say a word to her mum or anyone else untill she was in her late 20's with children of her own. No other girls in the family were affected though but the embarassment of being singled out stopped her talking to anyone.

I will do Faye. I have asked my 14 year old. I just don't know what to do with my 12 year old, she is autistic and doesn't as yet know what has happened. I suppose I could ask her without mentioning him or what he's done. I just don't know how to explain she'll never be seeing him again. Why would he put us through this? Xx

Sounds lush GF not having any plans!! I would definitely be collecting that money GF... anyone who doesn't want to collect that amount of money obviously has too much of it in the first place!
Tomorrow I am going to football with my mum but don't have any other plans.. I suspect OH and I will have a takeaway in the evening and watch cr@p telly. On Sunday OH has a football match - he wants me to come and watch him. I went to watch his game last night and it was the first time I'd seen him play, now I think he wants me to come all the time!! After that we're going to browse the shops - I need shoes, a clutch and some jewellery for my hen.

Flossie, I thought it a strange thing to say, if people are owed money they are not going to dismiss it. That's ridiculous. Not sure if he's been contacted prior but some weeks ago, they suddenly phoned my youngest up and asked if she needed jeans and if so what colour etc. My other daughter got offended as she was not asked, then they gave my youngest the stuff in front of her, then a couple of weeks later asked if she wanted stuff. She thought maybe then that it was because he owed me money and is trying to do that to get away with it. He's not! I'm still getting nothing from him for them so he still owes for last year,

Tomorrow I am just popping to a couple of shops. Need something for a family friends baby. He's 1 today :) Then in the evening will be ferrying my parents and their friends to Birmingham and back. They are going to see ELO and then coming back to the house after for drinks.
Sunday its the first birthday party. All of my parents friends are going so that should be interesting. Who's still drinking the day after!

GF, I had a similar letter saying that my ex owes me over £3,000 and do I still want to receive it? WTF? Of course I still want it!! He doesn't see them or pay a penny towards anything. Why would they think we wouldn't want what is owed to us?!

My friend is going through something at the moment. Her next door neighbour sexually abused her when she was 7 and only went to the police 16 months ago as it has ruined her life knowing he's still out there. She suffers from panic attacks, anxiety and can't sleep. Last week she finally got the justice she deserved as he got 13 years for what he did to her. She didn't tell anyone, not even her mum. When she went to the police her other friend also came forward that he'd raped her when she was 12. You never really know anyone.
I hope your girls would tell you Susan. I can't imagine how you're feeling but just remember you've got your uk bride family

Jeez Susan, mine is nothing compared to yours. Emily, yes he does work. He has his own cleaning company with his wife and will also do private jobs in the winter to see him through. According to the tax man though, his wife does most of the work and he does nothing. Major tax fraud but all because then he does not have to pay as much for them when he did,

Emily - It only came out when she was confronted about why she would not let him see, hold or babysit her own daughters. Apparently her mum confronted her and it all came spilling out. It didnt go any further than very inappropriate touching thankfully and she is as OK as she will ever be just understandably a bit of a mama bear when it comes to her kids and who they stay over with.

39 weeks today, still no sign. The midwife I saw on Thursday didn't think he was looking like appearing any time soon. Maybe he will end up close to his due date. My book says that only 25% arrive early, and 70% arrive late. I really hope he's not one of the 70%. My OH pointed out that maybe 40 weeks isn't quite right if it's that unbalanced, really it should be 50/50. That is coming from a maths brain though.
