Me and H2B have just spent the past hour giggling at a question that was on the photographer contract. It asked if there was any situations he should avoid e.g family fueds. We both looked at each other and burst out laughing. Where do you start lol... There isnt enough paper in the world to warn him about H2B's granny (she is a character after a few wines). We keep coming up with really silly answers to this question , Iv had tears rolling down my cheeks with laughing so much. Mark said I should of put sibling rivalry, I said I cant its a serious contract... I had to leave it blanck, I could think of any serious things lol.

It just seemed like such an odd question to ask lol.... Im sure its there for a reason but we found it funny. uJust the thought of granny following him about writing her 'lists' for him and saying he charges too much lol.... The poor chap would run a mile....

maybe its so he/she can avoid standing certain people next to each other that might start something?

there is always a fanily feud......what better time to get them out than at a wedding or a funeral!!! NOT!
thats the trouble when the family are all together! they argue! but if you try and pease everyone, you will end pleasing nobody and the only person who gets kicked in the teeth will be you and your h2b :-( if an arguement breaks out......just tell them they have to leave lol that normally works! x

I've seen most things over the years, but I'm not sure I would draw attention to possible problems by highlighting them in a contract!
    Sounds fun though!
Chris Giles: I'm intrigued about the killer bee's thing!

one insurance company sent me a contract i was meant to use, it had all sorts of stupid clauses in including, i couldn't work in the rain and i couldn't walk backwards. By the sounds of it I would of been covered if i was stung to death :)
