not really - our idea was cheap little sweet shop paper bags put a handfull of sweety alphabet letters in and geet everyone to see what the biggest/longest word they could make using the letters in their bags! then the "winner" gets a bottel of wine or something!

however... saw a fab place name holders which i think would make a perfect funky funny favour on four weddings today - it was a ceramic white body shape that had grass seeds in the top that when watered eventually grew grass for hair! Awesomeness!! been trying to find these to give out at our wedding!

we are having small chairs with our initals on it and some sweeties in and there also place card holders too and then we are having champange bottles (bubbles ) too and wee activity packs for the kids with drawn or colouring things and some sweeties xxx

We decided on trivia boxes for the children, teddy bears for the toddlers, crystal heart keyrings for the ladies and pens &pencils for the gentlemen. Have also printed off some colouring pages to try and keep the kids amused during speeches/service if they need it :)

They were in the shop. Had loads of them too so I got 5 but will go back tomorrow to get some more as I forgot a couple lol. At that price you can't grumble. One is an elephant and the other a giraffe. They are about 30 cm tall too so not small and suitable from birth which is what I needed. I think they also had a zebra too.

we are going to making our own and have seen some great ideas. we wanted to do something a little bit different and we thought about getting little vials and putting things like vodka jelly nd jelly beans in for the kids. we also thought about making truffles etc. xx
