I have been having some problems uploading into my album, its fine until I save and its supposed to go the upload page and thats when I get a page error.
Is it as simple as I need to be a paid member? anyone have any ideas???? Pleassssssssssssse
I really want to show everyone photos of my dress/ wrap and i have bought some lovely shoes and a bag.

im not sure what is happening but it isnt because you arent a paid member x are you using google chrome to visit the site? I had a lot of problems with it as did a few others and since i have been using my internet explorer instead of chrome i havent had as many problems xx if that not it or you still have problems id email IT Man (he the it guy)

Have you tried the basic upload page? That's how I did mine, took longer but got there in the end

I would normally ask h2b to help but given the nature of the picture i dont want to chance it. Maybe I will have to get him to do it with another picture first.
Im having problems too. I cant even upload photos. It just says ukbride has a problem and tries to recover the page. Then it says internet explorer is unable to recover as the website continues to have a problem

Maybe your java is out of date? Try going to the java website and updating the actual java program, that might fix it!

Also maybe try using something other than Internet explorer, maybe firefox or safari!

It should work if maybe you haven't updated in a while, as there will come a point where your version of Java gets too out of date to run the more updated websites!
Hope you fix it! If not I will think of more solutions haha x
