personally artificial as you dont have to rely on someone dropping them of on the day, the perfect look they give, the fact you can have ang flower in any season and you can keep them after. As you can tell i am very pro artifical :) x

Yep, I had silk, so much easier, they were done months before hand, stored properly and just had to take them out the box on the day, then you get to keep them after

I don't think you can beat the look of fresh flowers. But that's just me, you can get some good artificial ones x x

I'm going for fake, mostly because I have visions of it being really hot and they start being all droopy if they're real ones... But I don't know if that would happen or not, it's just one more thing id worry about xx

Artificial ones can look so real this day and age. Why don't you order a sample one, that may help you decide xx

Definitely artificial. We had artificial and they were gorgeous. Our colour scheme was royal blue - and because I wanted roses as well, it was the only way to get blue roses. Also, because it was a summer wedding, we didn't get any bees/wasps/insects flying round the flowers and no hay fever either.

My bouquet is now in a box, safely put away under the bed along with husband's buttonhole and one of the females buttonhole's as a keepsake - and it's great that I can keep them stored so easily without then having to be preserved like real flowers.

I'm going for either artificial or a brooch bouquet or a mix of brooches and artificial flowers, my wedding is on one Saturday and my reception is the next Saturday so I'm not having the hassle of ordering two bouquets each for me, MOH, 1 bridesmaid and flower girl. So its just for handiness really.

Although I love real flowers, the smells, the texture etc for our day I am having artificial.
H2B has hayfever as does one of my bridesmaids, I wouldn't like to think my floral choices were making them have a bad day.

Have a good go0gle round and maybe order a few bids to see the quaility etc

but as the saying goes "your day, your way" have whatever you prefer.

Were going with artificial! They often work out cheaper and I like the fact that they can all be ready long before the day, saves faffing or relying on a florist to deliver on time etc..
Also if they're artificial then you can have exactly what you want! No worrying about if this or that will be season at the time of year you are getting married, and I love the fact that I will be able to keep my bouquet forever :)

I'm also struggling to make the decision, I'm having pink roses and carnations so they are available all year around. The only thing now putting me off is someone saying about bees/wasps flying around it that would scare the living daylights outta me! Do you think this would happen? Have you been to a wedding where it has?

We are going artificial as I have hayfever and so does one of bridesmaids and my dad has a really bad pollen allergy (cant have any flowers in the house otherwise he really struggles to breathe!) so I didn't really have much choice. But it does mean that the bridal party can keep the flowers forever without them dieing! xxx

I am planning on doing a brooch/bead bouquet for me, my junior bridesmaids will be having artificial but my MOH, buttonholes and top table arrangement will be fresh. A mixed bag!

I had a mix of both real for the reception and artificial for the bouquet buttonholes etc, at least I will have a lasting reminder which I love and saved me some money
