Amazing Idea! Will there be a list somewhere of the photographers in each area signed up to this scheme?

That sounds like a fab idea! Im yet to book my photographer so this could be fantastic :)

We will present you a list of ALL of the photographers who are on the scheme, (in order of closest to you), and you can choose ANY one of them. Sometimes the photographers will be happy to see you and sometimes you may have to visit them (in their studio for example)! x

Future Mrs Doublé - do you need to tell them you have booked your photographer? Could not say anything and have a afternoon in front of the camera and see if you get a picture at the end xxx

Legobride... I'm sure if you booked your wedding with the photographer, if you ask nicely they may be happy to gift you all of the images on the photo shoot, you would have to ask them (or buy them). We have built a 'simpler' version of the scheme first just to see how it works for both photographer and bride. The full version will be built if the scheme is a success and this does include choosing a photographer by price (and us matching you to suppliers who fit your budget). In the meantime you will be presented with a list of the 'host photographers' just like the supplier page (but in a different colour and location), you can then simply click on the advert to visit their own website where prices may be displayed on there.

Millz090 & Mrs Doublé - we do obviously need our members to be honest, the photographers are not doing this for fun, they are doing this so that they may win your business. The scheme would quickly collapse if brides only went for a freebie with no interest in finding their photographer. When you joined the website you were all asked if you have found your photographer, those that answered yes will not be receiving a Free Engagement Photoshoot email from us. I know this sounds harsh but remember UKbride has to be fair to all members, our suppliers are members too! So stop being naughty lol x

You will receive an email if you didn't. Give is a few weeks and then email me if you didn't receive one. It's too big a job for us to go into the Backend to check individuals (we've over 280,000 members lol).

We will let you know, currently we are only asking brides who have just joined the site who are within 50 miles from one of our host photographers. When we are happy that there are no glitches we will email ALL of our members (so long as they are no further away than 50 miles from one of our host photographers).

you will get an email from us (when it's all up and running)... Simply click on the email which will take you to a list of photographers, choose which one you want to go with and follow this instructions :o) it's really easy!

You do need to go up the photographer, but sometimes theyay be happy to meet up with you at a local park/scenic spot!

Please be patient we are not opening this up yet to all members until we have tested and our brides/photographers are happy too! X

Hiya Hhayley... We are just testing this across the UK at the moment for new members. And if it all goes well we will roll this out across the whole of the UK for all of our members!

Re pricing you can have a good snoop around our host photographers websites before choosing. We are considering a match making service too which just makes sense... Ie: if you are looking to spend £500 on a photographer there's no point in introducing you to a £2000 photographer!

Give us a few weeks in the testing stage... Then look out for our emails/banner adverts promoting the free engagement shoot xxx
