I was looking for wedding ideas today online when I came across a company that make fortune cookies with a personalised wedding message inside. I thought it was a good idea, although it doesn't fit my theme. The company was charging around £5 per cookie which I thought was a bit much so googled how to make them. there's not many ingredients invovled but you have to be quick to bend them before they cool too much. however i though it might be a good idea for anyone doing a theme these would suit. the pictures I saw also showed the cookies being decorated with icing or melted chocolate etc. hope this idea comes in handy for someone as they should be fairly cheap to make Ithink and can be made in advance

I have a very sweet tutorial bookmarked - fortune cookies made from cupcake cases. Obviously not edible but ever so sweet to look at and cheap to make!
