    Hello everyone!

I was wondering what your thoughts were on foam roses, i have seen a few on various websites and they look lovely....but do you know of anyone, or have you used them before,

    My idea is....

To have cream birdcages as the centrepiece on the tables, fill them up with foam roses (in same shades as other flowers and bouquet etc) then just use a few real stems on the outside of the cage wound round the bars with a string of pearls. The idea is to make people think that the flowers in the cage are real ....but save me alot of cash!
Around the birdcages will be various little jars decorated accordingly containing tea lights.

do you think this will look nice? can i get away with the foam??
    thanks xxx

I always thought I would be a flower snob and only have real but they converted me. I now have them for my own bouquets.

I must admit I was the same as Jo and thought all artificial flowers wouldn't look as good as real flowers, but I too am a convert. I would really appreciate if anyone has managed to get a good deal, if you could put it on my wall :)

i have really bad hayfever and that is why i opted for foam flowers. and they do look a lot better than the silk in my opinion. (sorry as well everyone if u are offended).
i did buy a silk bouquet originally before buying further and it didnt look as good so decided to buy some foam ones for making my own ones and im gonna throw the silk ones at end of night :) xxx
