Went to see a florist today and have decided on the flowers I want. I want a handtied bouquet of purple lisianthus, with H2be having a matching buttonhole. Bridesmaid to have white/purple variagated posey of lisianthus and other buttonholes to be this too. Also having a ceromony/top table display have left that up to the florist as long as it is the right colours. She is thinking more purple and white/purple lisianthus, freesias and purple orchids. I'm not really bothered about this as long as it is purple and pretty :)

Have been quoted £195, and as budgeted £200 I am quite happy with this though I will shop around a few more place to see what they can do with the price.

Forgot to say I was quoted an extra £200 for 10x table centrepieces (this is not incuding the glass vases required as this will be 3 x £5 hire per table and I can probably buy them a bit cheaper from a wholesale place near me where my dad works so can get staff discount) The table centrepieces are three circular vases with orchids floating in them, then floating candles on top. I will add an album to photos in a minute. Anyway, at that price I am having a good think about that. Might be able to sort it myself and get hotel to set up.. so I will see :)
It breaks down as: My bouquet: £75 (typically I chose something quite expensive) Bridesmaid x1 £35 Buttonholesx6 £21 Table Decoration £65
(Actually is £196 but she quoted £195 :) )

Today is the first time I'd really looked into it but it was one of the things I wanted to get sorted this month along with sending out the save the date cards :)
I started by deciding what colour i wanted and then googled 'purple wedding flowers' and had a good look around the images and seeing what I liked and what I didn't :)
