my original thought was lillies and roses, red and white probably. But i did like the idea of manipulated flowers which have been dyed a different colour like purple to match the bridemaids...

hi, girls - deffinatley grab some wedding mags and have a good look through them - grab a stick it pad and scribble thoughts on the ones you like, what you like about them for example or i would have this one but....... then when you go florsit hunting take them all with you and see what your florist thinks, they can give you other ideas for example they might says well you dont have to have that bit, or that flower wilts quiet quiclky so its best not to have it or to swap it for a different flower...... ect................ the more idea you girls have about what you want and the easier you can explain this to us the easier it is for us to work out what you want, like and dislike and photos really help. be aware with some photos as quiet often they can have been made just for a photo in a magazine so in actuall fact may not be very suitable to be carrying up and down the isle and round the venue! lol!! i have seen babies with circlets on with huge full sized flowers - which is just silly!! they would weigh sooooo much!!!
so basicically the more research you do the better, and if you find "the photo" just take it with you!!!
hope this helps, love mrs bouquets xx

my first thought was that i was just going to have roses, then i started looking in mags and ended up with roses, peonies, lilys and gerbras. then i went to not having the gerbras and having burgundy callas instead now i am thinking that i might go back to the roses only as thinking that will keep the cost down abit, im a night mare lol xx

Im having artificial white roses mainly but have other white flowers mixed in.... mainly spring flowers.
If you go for artificial, they are cheaper and you can get blooms that are not in season.
if you have real then its better to have whatever the season is blooming.
