I still need to arrange flowers and i found a site that does lovely artificial flowers but think real flowers are just as pretty. I'm really struggling on which to go for. What would use suggest??

it depends on your budget and if your guests are going to do nothing but sneeze due to hayfever. h2b has hayfever and i cant stand cut flowers so we are having artificial ones. im buying white flowers then using permenant marker to colour them the colours i want. its so much cheaper than real flowers. i estimate about £50 to do all my table arrangements, bouquet, button holes etc.

Wow! Thats good. We are on a low budget and the site i keep looking at has artificial ones that I could buy for £20 which I thought was good and thought would be great to give my mum or someone as a gift at same time. Still not sure how many table decorations we need as still to book reception :/

I had never thought about anything other than real flowers but at a wedding show on saturday there was a stall doing silk flowers and they were stunning! The florist said that they are becoming more popular as you can keep your bouquet for every :) They also do centre pieces that you can hire and is a lot cheaper than getting arrangements made up xx

i had originally booked fresh flowers and it was quite a shock as what i wanted i couldnt have as time of year etc but i saw a nice stall last week at a wedding fayre and loved them but yesterday i finally put deposit down after showing mum as i had to convince her and she like them more. also ive changed from fresh to silk so its not too heavy for my hand xxx

We're getting articial flowers (i've got hayfever so don't want real flowers) but they're also sooooo much cheaper than real flowers so i think they're worth it. Also, i love that we can keep our wedding flowers forever rather than them dying and having to throw them away xx

Im having real flowers as the wedding is traditional wedding and my mum and mil thinks it can only be real flowers and i totally agree :) nice fresh smelling flowers but i think artificial flowers are very pretty too just not for me xxx

I'm having fake flowers, it'll be cheaper for me and I'm going to use the centre pieces for each table as wedding favours for some people, so they'll last longer for them, and I can make the decorations to save even more money
    :)

I'm splashing out on real flowers. I had a good look at artificial but I prefer real and I know I'm doing the right thing for me :)
