Hi, i am going to see my florist tomorrow to discuss the details of what i want.I know what i want for me-I want an informal, hand tied bouquet in light pink with cream and maybe a hint of purple/lilac and some soft green foliage (i have put some piccies in my album)
I am struggling with the 'mums' though.Am i supposed to use the same flowers that are in my bouquet ?What if the colours do not compliment their outfits? I have 3 to buy for,a handbag corsage,a traditional corsage and a wrist corsage so they will all be a bit different but do they all have to match each other? Plus do they all have to match the groomsmen (which i am also struggling with-do they have a pink rose from my bouquet or a lilac/purple one to match their ties and stripe on h2bs suit?
As you can see i am a bit clueless lol.Thought if you ladies could tell me what you are doing it might help me . xxx

There are so many people out there who will tell you
    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

We are having ivory rose button holes with a little bit of a sparkle and a bow, we thought it would be better to have ivory which should suit more or less everyone. My H2B is having a red rose button hole which will look like its taken out of my bouquet.

I'm sure the florist will be able to suggest what will look better x

We are having the pin on ones as both mums are not really a wrist corsage type of person!
They will be 3 cream roses, crystals and lots of sparkles to match the other bouquets etc so should match wat ever they wear

The whole colour theme is black, ivory and red roses but the only red roses in the bouquets and buttonholes are the grooms and bestmans buttonholes. Everything else is cream, crystals and sparkles hehehehe
The red roses will be more for the venue decor!

I think the ivory rose idea is the best bet, they will go to anything and if there's any last minute outfit changes this wont cause any stress getting the flowers changed.

Ivory or cream is a good idea,as you say its not going to clash with anything.I also like your idea Terri about leaving it to the florist.i am going to go tomorrow with pictures and samples of material(my dress) plus the mens tie and ask her what she thinks goes best. xxx
