I am thinking about what to do with all my flowers after the wedding breakfast i used to work in a nursing home i may send them there what is everyone else doing with theirs x

i want mine to be dried and then i can keep them :D
i put my bouquet on my gran and grandads grave and brought home my centre piece it lasted ages gave other flowers to guests my bm took theres xx

im not very sentimental i sold my bouquet at a car boot sale 2 a lady who will get to enjoy them on her big day to, weddings are expensive enough if i can help another bride save a bit on her dream day i think its a good thing. x x x

My bouquet went on my grandparents grave and a few roses from my flower displays went on my brothers grave. Some went home with my new inlaws to be placed on hubbys grandparents graves and also for inlaws hoose and the rest including those in the church went to 3 local old folks homes and the local community hospital. I kept my hubbys buttonhole and dried it myself after the wedding and it is now in my keepsake box along with my blue horseshoe charm that I wore on my bouquet. xx

having my flowers pressed but im taking a rose from it to place in each of my grandparents grave.
bm can keep them or chuck them lol h2b buttonhole going to be put on his best friends grave as it will be 12 years to the month of his passing.

im having mine to keep (hoping to get nice artificial ones) and then the bm ones are going on rys grandparents graves and then being scattered at sea for a joint friend who died last year and his other grandparents who were also scattered at sea. the the others bms ones (if any left lol) might go to my grandparent although they might have to be split up a bit more as they have to go 3 ways.

Our centerpieces are little miniature rose bushes in galvanised (hand decorated) buckets so we're giving them to my mum + step dad, my dad +step mum, h2b's mum and step dad, my g'parents, his g'parents and his paternal g'father as little keepsakes from our wedding. The pedastals we're leaving at our church for them to use again since it's the church we also go to! And my bouquet and the BM bouquets are silk as the flowers I wanted weren't in season so we can keep with without any issue. Giving them to a nursing home is a really thoughtful and lovely idea though! x

My sister found a site where they preserve them and put in a frame or a paperwight, they look stunning nut not sure if I want to do it x
