Hi there, you may have seen from my other posts that my dominant colours are looking likely to be a hot pink (similar to that on this site) and a bright golden yellow - with the adult BM in the pink - flowers are going to be bright with yellow, pink, green etc and the table centres multicoloured as they're sweet trees with allsorts. My dress is ivory, and I have 2 FGs, both around 4.5 - question is, do I get their dresses in ivory or go for a colour? I'm thinking of giving them brown teddy bears with a coloured ribbon instead of flowers or a wand to carry down the aisle, and originally I was thinking just a simple headband from the high street - now I'm thinking if I keep the dress ivory I might ask the florist to do a floral headband or wrist corsage in my flower colours so the kids don't look too 'old' - what do you think? Or should I just go crazy and get a coloured dress for them (problem is without seeing the BMs dress (not made yet) I'd have a problem colour matching exactly etc....

    I'm always for colour!

You could show your mum little teal dresses just to tease her :-)

Ivory dresses are always a safe bet and the FG's will look adorable in them im sure, especially as you are planning on getting matching flower bands for them.

Ok, have ordered the ivory dresses but instead of brown teddy bears saw some adorable flopsy eared pink bunnies so have got these for them to hold, as well as getting flower headbands for them in the bright bouquet colours I think we'll be sorted!
