hi ladies

im trying to sort out flowers or similar for my flowergirl i do like the baskets but think the wands can be nice too im looking for something not too expensive, what are you giving your flowergirl? my flowergirl is my little girl who will be 4 by the time i get married so need something that she will be happy to carry just need some ideas please ladies thanks xx

My daughters are my flower girls and they will be 5 and 7 when the wedding comes round. I am doing them wands. They have already decided they are princesses for the day in their dresses and i have seen some really beautiful wands

mine had little bags filled with sweets from debenhams they were see my photos :) and headbands to match

my flowergirl will be 5, she is having a wand with little butterflies attached to it, they are 15quid each the wands

when my sister go married ( way back when) ....her FG carried teddys that had flowers on thier heads .....it didnt matter how they carried them as they looked so cute

shelley lol thats funny and think if my little one had one she'd prob hit someone with it

lala i seen a pic of a flowergirl before holding a teddy and it did look v cute maybe the wand will be easier for her to carry

think i may have to ask h2b and see what he thinks but knowing him he'll say 'i dunno its upto you' lol

artificial hun, already got my pew ends and my bouquet and posies coming so want to match them in will have to keep looking i think thanks x

it is hard to choose...a wand will prob be lighter to carry xx

i think I'm going to have a pomander for my flower girl, they're really cute and quite unusual :o)

first time i got married the two youngest were age three and they had baskets (silk flowers) they did get swung around a bit though. this time i am thinking the two little ones who will be 4 and 6 can have the little dolly bags and i can put a few bits and pieces in to keep them amused.

mine will be 6-7 and ive got her a wand and a jewel posy as i coulnt decide lol

I did think about wonds, but their mums told me might not be a good idea as could be used as weapons against their cousins (pageboys) LOL

I was a little worried the 2 youngest wouldn't hold their flowers, but we said to Sophie Pictured), you going to wear hair band like Aunty Clair, she said yep, and let my sister put it on her, and what about hold your flowers like Aunty Clair she said yep and kept them there just under her chin :-)

My sister has kept them so she can hold them a few more times before the wedding.

aww you look stunning and both of you together look perfect, cant wait to see my dress and little bits all together and when my dress fits properly!! you havent got too long left now, i may try that one my sophie when the other girls try on their dresses and stuff with flowers!!

really hun i swear i wouldnt have guessed you were nearly 37, ive seen them dresses and love them so good choice lol it does go together so well, aww thank you hun love my flowers and im glad i went with the cadbury purple, white and lilac love it now im seeing all the bits come together i wanted baby pink at first but im glad i didnt!! and yeah the petticoats huge but love it with my dress cant wait xx
