I am getting married May next year and I am really upset at the fact that I am going to have to wear flat shoes on my wedding day!! I absolutly love high heels and really don't like the look of flats but unfortunatley, by H2B is a short a*s so unless I want to be towering over him at the alter I have no option but to go with flats!
I have looked at so many places (and I know I still have loads of time) but I just can't seem to find anything! I have found some Benjimin Adams sparly ones that are lovely but I tried them on with my dress and they really do not go - they were peep toe and I think I am going to need more of a pump!
Has anyone worn flats for their wedding or are currently looking for the same thing - I need help please! :D

Bare feeeet !! I'm not wearing shoes on my wedding day :-) got 2 gorgeous toe rings and an anklet to dress my feet :-) Just getting a pair of sparkly flip flops for walking on the hard car park into the venue xx

I'm not getting married until next Sept & my h2b is also a short @r$e so I plan to wear flats, I know I have loads of time but any beautiful shoes I see are always big heels so I have been noseying already . Your shoes are lovely Stacey & I think I'll be looking out for sparkly pumps too :)

yep im in flats but mine are black with skulls on lol. Check out the 'show us your shoes thread' I posted loads of white flat shoes id seen on the bay of E for someone else who was looking

Yeah that's another thing i don't really want to spend a ton as i really don't think i would ever wear them again! If they were amazing heels then i would fork out the dosh but that can't happen lol!

I have 2 reasons, 1. My late grandma never wore shoes when she could get away with it and 2. Cause shoes aaaalways hurt my feet, heels or flats they find a way lol xxx

It's so nice that you ladies are wearing flats because of your short partners... My h2b is an inch or two shorter than me but I'm wearing heels regardless - he said he doesn't mind. Besides, there are plenty of opportunities for him to stand one step higher than me for photos ;-)

i have a short a@rse h2b aswell (well h is exactly the same height as me) but im wearing a low heel for the ceremony just because i LOVE shoes but will be getting flats for the evening because i LOVE to dance :) but he has decided to wear a top hat which gives him the illusion of being taller than me!! which i think was very thoughtful!
