    Hello all!

Now my h2b and I are terrible dancers. The only type of dancing I used to do was at a club when I was too drunk to notice how bad I was! My fiancé is even worse... Think of the doggy paddle and that sums up his general set of moves!

Ideally we wouldn't have a first dance but I think I'm going to get bullied into it... Also h2b wants one deep deep down.

Now i think slower dancing is probably less awkward... So my question is : how do you get to a reasonable level of dancing without paying for dance lessons? Youtube?

Any suggestions would be sooo helpful!

    Thanks,

    Tanya

As a soon to be husband, I can tell you, blokes worry about this too, just ytube first wedding dance and look for the slow dances, you'll notice most of the nicet ones are where the couple are smiling more than dancing, as long as your happy, who cares about the moves

Im hoping later in the night to show everyone my Mr Bean moves so they'll all forget the first dance lol

    Engaged 14th April 2012
Still saying I LOVE YOU since the day we met

We are hoping for a very slow song that required more swaying than dancing lol very small steps and having fun smiling laughing etc, Well that's my plan, Im more of a raver than a dancer HAHA and my H2b is hopeless but we will do it justice :)

We are literally going to be cuddling and swaying.. That's the only way I'd want it, even if we could dance xxx

Thanks guys! We may be able to manage swaying lol. I will do some furious research on how to sway professionally and not frown simultaneously through concentration!

Lol the only thing I would be more embarrassed about is falling flat on my face as I walk up the aisle, ripping my dress, and flashing all my guests and the photographer/registrar person... Swaying should be a breeze when I think about that!!

I think as long as you both have your arms round each other and u move slightly no one will care if your dancing or not xx

My hubby is not the kind of person who will stand and do a slow dance the whole time, so because he does some dj mixing, we got Bryan Adams Heaven and part way through he mixed in the dance version by DJ Sammy. When that bit started the kids joined us and we all jumped about and danced madly to that.

I don't dance, but I think my partner can thankfully:) no idea how we're going to manage it to our first song though. Maybe you could try practicing in your front room? I think that's what we're going to be doing. I can't imagine many/any places giving dance lessons to rock music tbh haha xoxox

My OH hates dancing, but I'm a proper disco diva! He'll be fine if he's got a couple of drinks in him :)
