How could he not have liked Jason Mraz!!! I love him, we were going to have I'm yours... until we went to visit the photographer for the first time and he showed us a video of his work and he said how weird their first dance was!!! And it was that one it kinda put us off. It's getting played at some point in the day tho maybe when we sign the register... xxx

Ours is about as far from a traditional first dance song as possible. We're having Creep by Radiohead. It played in the car when he drove me home from our first date and we both started singing along. Knew then he was a keeper!

At Last by Etta James, the lyrics say it all. I think that's the most important thing for a first dance, words that mean something to you as a couple :) (Although I have started listening to Feels like Home by Chantal Kreviazuk and have fallen in love with it a little, can see it as a great first dance song. Might get the DJ to play it at some point ) Some great choices on here :)

- Firstly its H2B's fav song. - We both LOVE Snow Patrol. - Its about a long distance relationship and for the first couple of years of us being together, I went to Uni in Lincoln which was a 3 hour-ish drive away and we only really saw each other every 6/7 weeks, sometimes just for a weekend. - We spent our first anniversary apart due to me being at Uni. - Also, it was released the year that I started Uni

i have been very sneaky on the first dance as i know h2b hates dancing and i really dont want him to be uncomfortable so i have been having secret meetings with our dj and have learned and am trying to perfect adeles to make you feel my love and intend to sing it too him . Dont think he will know what to do if i can pull it off without balling as i will be in the adjoining room when it starts then i want to walk out so he see its me as he has always wanted me to sing . Only trouble is in practice i get nearly to then end then emotion takes over and the tears come so my main job is trying to sing the whole song without crying!! which is very amusing as dj is trying tricks like putting pictures up of fluffy animals or pulling funny faces which obviously is just causing me to be in hysterics!!! but i really hope it will all be worth it!!!
