hey ladies, need a bit of help please.... me and h2b have chosen our song for our first dance... trouble is i really wanna find someone to sing it for us i feel itd be more personal rather than a cd, but i have no idea where to start and also had some people say its a silly thing to want, any one have any views on this please? xx

i know a few people that are good singers but they put there own twist on it and its not what we want, thankyou il keep looking, may just have to bung the cd in lol! yeah i know but people seem to feel the need to have an opinion about my choices on my wedding drives me insane lol x

I don't think it's silly at all, we're doing the same. My Aunty is a singer so I've asked her to do it. I think it adds that little touch. Wait until they get married & then you can have an opinion on theirs ;) x

Lol, I've been quite lucky as nobody has really had an opinion yet, but I'm sure I've got it all to come! Well, my mum has said she doesn't like the bridesmaid dresses I like as it looks like they will be 'going out on a saturday night' lol but she'll come round ;)

I haven't told anyone our colour scheme yet, or our theme as I want to keep it a surprise as long as possible! Have you chosen your dress then? I was thinking about having a very light pink one, but thought people will probably say something about it! Not a Jordan kind of pink, but very subtle where you have to kind of look twice to see if it is pink or not! x

we have coz we wante dpeople to be involved with decoration etc, yup seen my dream dress, its beautiful, unusual aswell, its ivory with deep purple, hard to explain but sooo nice!!! yeah probably will, but its ur wedding u wear the colour you like, as long as its not neon i dont see the problem lol i wanted a black dress but h2b put his foot down :( x

lol neon pink is okay, my mate got married in neon green with an 80s theme lol.... yeah il try put some up, its gorgeous, purple band round the waiste and a triangle of the back and train is purple! ahh id love to have black, settled on deep purple for bms instead x

Lol that sounds awesome! If I was old enough to experience the 80's properly, that would be something I would do! It does sound amazing! I want an unusual dress, not the typical dress that people will expect me to wear! Our theme is the mad hatter's tea party so everything is going to be weird, wacky & brightly coloured! That's why I chose black BM dresses as they are going to have brightly coloured shoes (different colour for each BM) & then their bouquets will match their shoes. xx

ahhh thats the theme for my cake and table decs etc!! yeah every one expects me to have this huge meringue type dress, which are lovely but just not me, so they defo gonna get a shock when they see the one ive picked lol iv put a pic of it on my wall! gotta say ur blass dress bright shoe combo sounds immense lol xx

Haha, no way! Great minds ;) We weren't going to have a theme but when we chose our cake, it reminded me of the mad hatter so that's how we got it lol. Just saw the dress, it's amazing!! I'll put a pic on tomorrow of the dress & shoe combo, I found it online! I'm off to bed now, got my little sister's 8th birthday party tomorrow, joy! Lol xx
