Final numbers Confirm times of the day ie when you arrive, drinks and canapés if you're having them, time of receiving line, time of wedding breakfast, time for speeches and cake cutting then first dance Confirm details of all suppliers Confirm menu and any special dietary requirements Confirm room bookings if anyone is staying night before and night of the wedding Arrangements for getting table plan to them Arrangements for getting decoration to them if you're providing anything
They're the things I can remember from when I got married 2 years ago .

Hi ladies;
It went great; choose our food choices and sorted out a vegetarian option. The timings of our day has changed as she wanted to allow extra time for the dove release but everything went smoothly.
She wanted to know exact numbers for the day and estimated numbers for the evening along with supplier details so ladies be sure to take a list with you with contact details for each supplier.
We were originally meant to be in the bleheim suite for the ceremony; orangery for the wedding breakfast and Windsor suite for the evening doo but since her duty manager left; we were giving the choice to have the ceremony in the same place but have the rest all in the Windsor suite; we decided to go with this as it is less hassle and love the evening reception room as it goes with our theatre theme. It also means we can now have round tables instead of rectangles so means a little changing round or the seating plan but sure it will be ok.
So excited now :D
