I'm not 100% sure if i want a hen night!

Only because everything seems to much effort for my bridesmaid atm!! Ive had problems after problems with my bridesmaid & getting so fed up with having no help!

Ive asked so many times that we need to get togther to talk about ideas and dates! All i get is 'yeah soon' that was 3 months ago! Im so fed up with chassing her up asking about getting together! & the days when we see eachother shes 'say im not intrested in talking about hen nights!!! Grrr!!

H2b has said plan it myself come up with a date & bugger them... But im the sort of person that i dont like just planning things without the ok from friends i just go along with what ever!

Anyone else having the same issues with their bridesmaids! If so what have you been doing xx

Aww i hope they start showing some more interest! I know how you feel, 2 of my bridesmaids live far away and at uni, one of them hardley shows any interest. She has only turned up once and that was to try her bridemads dress on, every other time she cancels at last minute!

Maybe its worth talking to to her and explaining how you feel xx

Bless you hun ive just posted a discussion about the same thing but mine was my SIL my MH is my daughter and she is only 19 so didnt want to put the pressure on her. My SIL was all excited about planning it for me but then last Wednesday she told me she wasnt going to have time!! So I took the bull by the horns and have done it myself it took an hour and a half to sort out what I wanted and everyone I invited has said yes. So my advice would be do it yourself at least then you are going to have the Hen Party you want xxx

It's great to say i get married this year September 1st 2012

Im doing it myself as my Bridesmaid doesnt know all my family/friends so it's just easier to communicate through me! i have 2 possible dates at the moment but ive still went ahead and enquired on prices for mini bus hire etc to give ppl ideas of costs! i have made an events page on my bookface as most ppl are on it and i can update messages on there and for those who arent on bookface i simply txt or ring them! the page informs them of theme and dates and also lets people see who els eis attending! Once i know the deffinate hen date i will be giving people a deadline to pay their way and also it will be non refundable if they drop out! this way i wont be out of pocket! x

I've planned mine myself, I just sent out an email to all my girlies asking if the date I had set was convenient, from there I just went to Red 7 and chose what I wanted to. Paid my money, sent out invitation with the help of the Red 7 website and all the hens have to do is log on, pay and then turn up. Totally hassle free. Don't let it stress you hun x

My moh was the same kept putting it off so today I got prices for everything and eveyones email address. Think Im just going to organise it myself or I would end up not having one!!
Could you start pricing things to get started and get numbers so if she doesn't start doing anything then at least you've made a start on doing it yourself?x
