as the title says... Help please I can get boxes cheap enough but not got an idea what to put in them I don't want sugered almonds I don't like them but want something a bit original but low low cost lol the list we have been toying with are... fruit salads black jacks love hearts mint imperials but really don't know what are/would you do??? but my mum is attemptin to make fudge or toffee and havin them put into selaphaine *sp* and tied with cerise pink ribbon and our personalised tags on them x

That sounds really nice becca! I wish I could bake i'm so poop! I did want to do cookies but they are just not cost effective enough I think I will just end up doing a mix of the abouve and see what happens thanks ladies x
well the 1st batch of toffee she made turned a bit dogy but she has someone that has offered to make if it need be :d

Try places like Costo and Makro where you can get 1p and 2p sweeties in bulk for a cheaper price, also the usual place the bay of E and will put on a link to you wall of another place online that does these sort of sweeties. xx

Thank you spooney! My friend mentioned going and trying costco think a trip out is in order! lol becca mum's eh? I think it's really nice personal touch that was the road I wanted to go down but don't know any crafty sweety making people me and my maid of honour spoke about trying to make our own cookies I even thought of going to millies and just buying a big box lol and finding something to wrap them in lol x

I am also making my own favour box/bag contents or at least attempting to and first batch for trial purposes only have been made this morning in between postings lol! Now all I need is a volunteer to do the taste test....hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

We thought of several ideas, small minatures for the men and chocolate love hearts for them women, possibly a small cupcake/muffin ... I'm looking into personalised pens and small champagne bottles of bubbles, I want something different but not too expensice

I don't mind being a taste tester spooney lol I wouldn't even know where to start or where to buy the plastic wrapping/bags etc not good at that kind of thing.... goes off to sulk while dragging bottom lip along the floor........

....aww if I could I would save some and post down to you lizzyleek but I just know that h2b once he is home from work will eat the trial sweets in one sitting lol. Also cause it so soft, it would end up being a ball of crumbs by the time it reached you in the post. But just think of the fun you will have taste testing the sweeties you do buy or make yourself, have fun. xx
