i would loved to have had a father daughter dance, but my dad died 20 years ago, but we will be playing the song "dancing with my father again" at some point during the night, but I doubt I will be able to get through it without any tears :) x

I wish i had that kind of relationship with my dad! lol..

Wow just listened to Ray Allaire - A song for my daughter on you tube, its beautiful, brought a tear to my eye!! My dad is disabled and we really aint that close, im actually much closer to my stepdad but wouldnt be right to dance with him as would upset my dad, also under the circumstances i have decided for my mum to walk me down the aisle!! x

its ok. he chose his girlfriend over me as i didnt want her at the wedding as i dont like her. We are no longer speaking as he was meant to pay for the wedding but told me if she couldnt come he wouldnt pay. so i told him dont come cause i dont want her there. xx

Mine & my dads song is 'kelly & ozzys - changes' i lived with him when my folks split & when that song first came on, we just looked at eachother and said it was our song. So its going to be that one, but i really live the heartland & dance with my father song too :)

Id never thought about a father/daughter dance before, i'll certainly have a think about that one now! I dont have a song in mind as we dont see each other much due the distance between our hometowns. Will have a think!
