    Hi ladies

I'm wondering if someone could explain to me how the Father/Daughter dance works on the day?

I've never been overly close to my Dad but I think it could be a lovely gesture to have him walk me down the aisle, give me away and also have a dance with me. (He wasn't involved in my older sisters wedding at all and it broke his heart)

I'm just wondering how it all works? Surely, my new Husband and I are supposed to have the first dance? So when does the Father/Daughter dance happen? And I've read else where that my Hubby should be dancing with his Mum and the same time?

    xx

Hails did a great thread on music/dances, I'll see if I can bump it up for you as she does mention father/daughter dances.
I'm pretty sure it would be straight after your first dance, there is also a relatively new thing for a mother/son dance for H2B! x
