Have spoken with IT Man and have he has given me the following advice:

When clicking on ‘My Photos’ or ‘My Photo Albums’, after choosing ‘Add’ to add an album and ‘Save’ to save it you should see the image uploader – ‘JumpLoader’....

If not, then the most common cause is having a problem with the Java installation. This is normally sorted by reinstalling it by going to http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp and following the ‘Free Java Download’ button and instructions. It takes only a few minutes to do.

At work I use the latest internet browser and Windows 7.
On my home computer i use the latest internet browser and Windows XP

The woman still comes on my screen in a bridal gown but i cant upload pics via the advanced or basic route.

Any ideas?

i still cant load it properly but i managed to find the point where i can click on it to upload a pic :)
