my sister REALLY wants to join up but everytime we try and sign her up it says that her email address has already been registered? She hasnt ever registered to uk bride before.. also when I search her name in the "find friends" section it shows no results and the same with her email address :( Please help....

Can she make a new email address? It will only take a couple of mins to do and most likely would work when you sign her up again!
Same happens with df's email address when we try and register it on certain forums etc, dont have a clue why!
