I went to a business workshop today as I'm starting my own business up soon (watch this space)

I met a lovely lady who makes fasinators and hats. She also does hen partys where you can make your own for £25 per person. I thought this was a fab idea as it suits all age ranges and also means I can sit at home rather then get trapsed around the town etc or pay out loads of money for a spa day. Also the price is what people can afford and it gives them an item they can wear on the day to the wedding too.

What do you guys think to this idea? She is wanting to know if it will take off. Of course I'm up for it as its something that suits me but it would be nice to give her some feed back too.

She is based in the midlands if anyone is interested.

I love making crafty things, so it would suit me. I like the idea of that kind of hen do more than the "crawl round town, get drunk and go clubbing" type. But that's me....

It sounds like a wonderful idea.

And people can then wear them to the wedding!

That is what I was thinking because most people would spend £25 on drinks that they wee down the loo. At least with this they get to keep it and I'm not asking them to spend crazy prices

It is something i would do with the younger girls as it can have them there too. But i think i would also like a nice girlie night out as well

It sounds like a fab idea as I and a few of my friends love making things and you could have some buffet food and drink for after you make the fascinators.
