    Thanks all, I am feeling much better, just a little tired. I will hopefully reply to people who have asked for advice either later or tomorrow. I am behind on housework and as OH is in work, best to do it now while he is out of the way.

    Congrats Bobsi on the weight loss, that is fantastic, how are you finding exercises?

    Hi Vickie, sorry to hear you've been unwell, i was wondering if once you feel up to it if you could pm me some excersises to help with my stomach, i have had a baby (natural birth) and just cant get rid of the excess baby belly, and also my hips i cant shift any weight off my hips, i have lost a total of 20lb sonce the start of the year but I am starting to need a bit more help.

    i felt at first like I couldnt be bothered moving off the couch but after I got motivated I found them great to do,quite achy afterwards but I feel like I have more energy. thank you. xx

    Hey, I am back.

    I will PM all you individually with some advice/exercises.
    Congrats again Bobsi, don't have to thank me, your the one doing all the work, once you get the motivation it gets addictive, which is a good thing. Achy is a good thing, means your muscles are working and moving and it means your doing it right, hope you start to see the results soon.

    Just after to get myself back into it now after 10 days off, so easy to slip back into old routines, I have been there and done it myself. Just have to keep reminding yourself how good you feel and why you are doing it.

    Just want to say, well done and good luck to everyone who this posted on this thread.

    You will have good days and bad days but keep going but remember the slower it takes to come off the longer it stays off.
    When you fat burn you can't target certain areas it will come from where ever, it is always the last place to come from where you want it the most. You will need to do a combination of fat burning (cardio) as well as toning to lose baby belly. You could do loads of toning but if you still got the 'belly' then your not going to see the toned muscles. I hope that makes sense.

    Is it poss that you could give me some help and advise. I am looking to lose around 3 stone plus by my wedding next year but i have a family wedding in august and also sister inlaws wedding in october. so i am looking to lose weight for them too. I have only lost 8lb since january and is finding it hard. I need to work on all parts i.e belly, arms, bum and legs. I find it hard with food too cos h2b will not eat veg or salad so tend to eat a lot of carbs and its normaly after 7 when we have tea as dont get in till late. Any advise you can give me would be very much greatful. xx

    Hi vickie, sorry to add to your list but could you help me please?

    I'm looking for exercises to get rid of bingo wings and those squidgy bits between bust and arm (u know the bit outside bra strap?)
    (I have kettle bells at home)

    I have about 1 - 2 years to get rid of these for my dress so the sooner i start the better!

    Also what cardio would u recommend for overall toning? I have a cross trainer is this any good?

    Hey,

    I recommend taking your measurements at the start and during your weight loss as well as using the scales. You may find that the scales is staying the same or evening putting on. Don't be disheartened, muscles weights more than fat, so even though the scales maybe the same, if you take your measurements and do this roughly 1 month, you will prob find you are loosing inches all over.

    I am not doing too well at the min. I been full of flu for over a week so not stuck to any diet or exersice. I been weighed and up 4lb on but not been weighed for 2 weeks. I fully intend to start afreash from in the morning and going to aim for 5lb loss this week. I will get into a smaller dress lol xx

    Ah sorry Jill to hear you are not well. Hope you are feeling better now.

    Don't worry about diet or exercise, your body is doing enough to try and recover as it is. Take your time with that 5lb there is no rush, your body will still be recovering so take your time. If you don't hit your target any weight loss is good.

    think I need to up my cardio.
    taking my dog for a walk isnt cutting it any more.

    Lost 11lbs in 4 weeks but not lost any this week just maintained.

    still want to lose another stone, so cant get disheartend or ill never get there. xx

    I only lost a pound this week but as you say it was a loss so thats good, it will come off slow but steady from now on. I am better now and back to my normal self thanks for asking xxx

    13lbs total now. 1 more lbs for a stone.

    and my bingo wing are nearly nonexistent.

    Bobsi- Congrats, glad everything going well. Have to maintain it now, which is the hardest part, making sure you don't go back to how you were.

    Keep at it everyone, it may seem hard at times but you will get results.

    I get cravings for stuff like pies every now and then bur 99% of the time i dont want anything unhealthy.
    I allow my self 1 indulgent day a week where I go out for my tea and have a small dessert so that keeps me on track.
    something to look forward too. xx

    hi ladies, had to bookmark this thread as im starting my exercise back up this weekend to get the weight off that has creeper on over the last 18 months! Would love some support and in turn to motivate everyone to get their butts moving (literally!!) :D

    Any advice for back boobs would be most appreciated :D xx

    I had my daughter 21 months ago and have manged to lose 3 adn a half stone so far and havent really done anything. I have a baby pounch as i call it and want to get rid of it. When i tried my dress on you didnt really notice my belly but when i got my sister to take pictures of me i noticed the pouch. Is there any excerises you cna suggest to get rid of it oh also my bingo wings too lol XxX
