CommentAuthormrs pinkalice
at the moment we're just having a DJ, I would like something else as well but can't really afford it x
CommentAuthorMiss Sparkles
Bands can be cheap or FREE if you know them ;P hee hee. But yeah, professionals can be far too expensive!!
Like charlotte says, I want something a bit different too, for people to remember!
Auntiewoo, I love the fact you're having a punk band. I love punk! :D xx
CommentAuthorMiss Sparkles
Pink, It doesn't have to be expensive. One of our friends had a dj but they had a bouncy castle too, inside the venue. It was so so funny! xx

burlesque.... sounds like an idea! I think we are just going to have a DJ, we thought about asking my friends band but he is also our photographer so I think he might like a break.

I think we going to hire a band with a twist! I saw one at the weekend at my Mum n Dads caravan park they were called the Inflations and were a singing duo with blow up dolls as backing singers!!! They were hilarious
CommentAuthorBeckythemadcow
H2Bs family suggested a Ceilidh or barndance. It could be fun but it could be AWFUL! I don't think we can stretch to it anyway!
CommentAuthorCupCake
We are just having a DJ .... I'd love us to do a little dance but there is no way h2b would go for it! .. I've only seen him dance once in 4 years!! Yes .. he was drunk lol xx

We're gonna have a friend of the family who does DJ-ing - he's great because he gets people (who want to!) up for games in the night to win little prizes e.g. the men dancing the YMCA! total fun and something people will remember with a smile!
CommentAuthorKizzy81
We're having a jazz band for the reception drinks and wedding breakfast, a rock band in the evening and we've hired a digital jukebox for when the bands are on breaks!
I wanted people dressed as trees to frighten guests in the garden but couldn't find any :-(
CommentAuthorPuddleduck87
At the moment we are looking into hiring a croupier and a casino table with fun-cash. Maybe if we do we will have personalised pokerchips as favours. At the min its just a DJ though. xxx
CommentAuthorPuddleduck87
Kizzy give me £100 and I will come and dress as a tree and scare your guests. lol. I am still carrying a fair amount of timber still afterall ;) lol xxx

awww i really wanted a photo booth that I saw at the wedding fair in london but they are really expensive so settling with DJ and a good boogie!!! xxx
CommentAuthorb2bnicola
A band and a disco! What is this photo booth thing? xx
Happily Married! :) xxx
CommentAuthorJoey
its like the ones you get your passport photo done in. me and my chief BM had a laugh trying in all the props and having our phots taken. I think its about £300-600 to hire depending on ho long you want it. Ive heard some people like to get their guests to stick their pics into a guest book instead of having a normal guest book. I wouldve loved to have it but i cant afford it xx
CommentAuthorMiss Sparkles
Aww, a photo booth is a really nice idea, I like that. Never thought about it!! :) xx
CommentAuthorMiss Sparkles
Fairytale, I like the idea of a magician too! You need to work on your hubby to be lol xx

i'm hoping for a photobooth and a live band. wanted the photobooth since i saw it at the fair. did some research as they were only based in cheshire and london, but my research found that a company very similar has set up on newcastle. They are going to be my guest book and favour in one
