Ok ladies, I'm in a panic! My photographer has just contacted me saying she can do our engagement shoot on 13th December as she is in our area then!! I'm nervous now and have no idea what to wear or what to do haha! Does anybody that has had one have any tips or advise?

We've not had one, but if we did I would want us to both be kind of natural looking, as that's how we are most of the time (so not dressed up - more of a smart casual look). I think as natural as possible is lovely in engagement shoots :) your photographer will tell you what to do so don't worry about that! xx

Hey, my photographer has been in touch with me about a pre-wedding shoot in January! I have been looking at tips online about what to wear, e.t.c. some real good advice.
Just wear what is comfortable and go to a place you both really love. if you can get your make up done for how you want it on the day so you know what its like in photos.

Just wear something you would be comfortable in. I wore a floaty flowery blouse and denim jacket and jeans for mine.

The key is comfort hubby and I was kind of matching each other with our shoes and colours but our photographer took over and really gets into the photo shoot and toll 1,000 photos and because it was cold and as a gift to us he gave us several images and we didn't have to purchase one just enjoy yourself and smile don't think about it just focus on your hubby and you'll sail through xxx

We have ours Feb! I think comfort is the key and just being natural as its to get you used to the camera and the way your photographer works :)

I just wore exactly what I wore on our first date which was casual, jeans and top. It was fun and a great way to get to know our photographer better and how he works.

I had mine two weeks ago, its best to wear arm clothes as its winter, we had ours on a beach! And they say to wear clothes that compliment each other, such as if one wears a bright green top, the other should wear similar!

Most importantly, ENJOY yourselves!!!! Shows in the pictures :)

we need to book ours, i know that every time we have had photos ttaken (family ones) i always end up makig so much effort and faffing with the kids that i always forget about me, this one is about you just pick something comfy and enjoy it dont try to over think things it ruins it as your photographer will guid you and will want you to be as natural as can be. i cant wait for ours
