i would send it, it is very well written and polite enough even though there is probably more you want to say!!! Are you going to see if you can find another dress maker? It seems you would like something specific if your going for a Harry Potter theme(sounds brilliant, I love a bit of magic)!!!! xx

So glad I didn't have any problems with the lady making my little girls dress! She was amazing! Done in 2 weeks to exactly how I wanted it.

I think you worded it wonderfully. I also like Lala's wording and I would have probably written it the same way. At the end of the day, I hope she realises that she cannot conduct herself like that if she hopes to run a business. I hope you get what you want, and far better service in the bridal shops doll xxx

Thank you for finally sending through your designs however I have to say that I was expecting more than just the sketched designs. We were more than a little disappointed as well when there was no mention on fabrics, detail or even colours which I would have through you would, given the amount of time we have waited for this, you would have included.

We have decided that we are going to try some bridal shops in a bid to find the perfect dress because although we understand that you have had computer problems, this has now happened twice and we would not feel comfortable with this. If you server was down, there could have been other ways to resolve this and therefore keep our custom but as a result, we feel that in the run up to the wedding, this would be too much of an unnecessary stress and worry that could easily been avoided. We feel that we will receive a better service from a bridal shop. Also the fact that it took you near on six weeks to even respond to my emails and even then didn't include any designs for us; We thought that this was very unprofessional and a real cause for concern especially when you assured us that we would hear from you by the following weekend but unfortunately it took several emails before you responded. This has given us both the feeling that our wedding has very little importance to you and therefore, having given this matter a good deal of thought, we don't feel at all comfortable with you or that continuing with you would be the best decision for either of us.

It is such a shame that this is our impression of the way you conduct your business and we will now be going elsewhere where we feel takes our wedding more seriously.

Well when we turned up, the owner was sat cross-legged on the floor in her dressing gown, playing on her ipad drinking a cup of tea! I had told her specifically via email that I was nervous and that there were a few dresses I wanted to try on but she refused. I didn't get to try any of the ones on I wanted to and neither did Debbie really. They just kept bringing dresses in for me to put on and none of them were ones I liked overly and the one I ended up having I think actually hate now! It has everything I don't want - Taffeta, lots of bling on the bodice and a sash that is so unflattering... It almost felt like we were forced to have them as they were the end of the season and they needed to sell them off. I liked it enough but I didn't 'love' it at all and since the appointment I've disliked it more. I've dreamt of my dress for years and it doesn't even compare, I don't feel happy about it and I know on the day that I'm going to look in the mirror and think 'urgh!'.... Unfortunately, our best man paid the deposit in secret as a surprise (£50 each) and of course we were so touched that he did that but their behaviour in the shop sent us away feeling crap and like we had no say in our dresses. We've felt that crap about our dresses and the service there that we went for an appointment in a shop (booked before we went) that these ladies slatted (very unprofessional in my opinion) with them saying it's just a box room, dirty, dingy and we shouldn't go there yet when we went yesterday these women were absolutely lovely, couldn't be more helpful, let us choose what we wanted to try on and I actually went skipping out of the store down the road.... That's never happened! The result was that I finally found 2 dresses I felt amazing in which I didn't think was possible!! So what with their attitude, rudeness, unprofessionalism and the fact that we now can't afford the dresses, it's almost a relief that we don't have the money as then we don't have to buy the damn dresses from them. We will of course be giving our best man his deposit back as we'd feel so guilty if we didn't especially after he forked out so kind heartedly but it just felt like it was push, push, push and you must do this! Even walking to the car in the car park I've realized I wasn't even excited and pleased with my choice, I felt nothing for it..... xx

I know... I think I was just kidding myself and trying to persuade myself that it was a good experience.. I was trying to make myself feel better and somehow make it alright even though really I didn't. I see all these other brides come home and tell us how wonderful it was and I thought maybe I'm just being stupid and I'm making a fuss over nothing..
