O.M.G!!!!! Just drawn up a quick evening list as day list is a few over (mainly family and gone for a 50 day package) so a few friends were relegated to evening guests.
We initially told venue we thought there would be around 40 evening guests...... just done a quick list (on my own so H2B might think of some ive missed) and we are at 72!
I know people tend to say invite more as some dont reply, some cant make it and some rsvp but dont show. Now im worried over the increase in package cost for evening guests as we are on a £5k budget!

It will been fine Elle, does your venue have a minimum ratio. For example I have to cater for 75% of my evening guests. The venue said lots of people dont cater for everyone as many people only eat a small amount or they ate at the earlier meanl and dont eat anything in the evening. They said there is always lots wasted and so they recomend that you tell them to cater for 75% of the people attending, but that is their minimum. Maybe worth asking. ood luck hun, sure it will work out fine x
