Im looking for a fairly priced edinburgh venue which can take between 50-60 guests would like it to not be too out of the way as e leave for paris the following day and need to get to airport early with our daughter in tow lol. Any one from the area ( as i am not lol H2b is) BUt he cant remember anywhere ' useless' Or anyone who has been to a weddign somewhere or has been married somewhere anything would greatly help me thanks every1

How about Norton House? Its nice and its very close to the airport! Roxburgh hotel on Charlotte Square (very central) is nice and they also have an all inclusive wedding package.
There are plenty of places but it depends on your budget hun.

deerpark golf and country club in livingston is nice only 10 mins from airport and very resonable

We are getting married at the royal over seas league on princes street and that's lovely as well as being central and having views of the castle from both the ceremony and dining room

how about the Dalmohoy, it's in Ratho, about ten mins from the airport? They're doing deals just now, £3000 all inclusive for 50 people. It's a lovely hotel and the food is FAB! It has great grounds too, not quite so far out that it's in the middle of nowhere but far enough out it's nice and quiet and perfect for outdoor photos :) xx
A friend of a friend got married recently at Our Dynamic Earth, no idea what it cost but I remember thinking at the time that it was a great choice. I think the zoo also does weddings if you are looking for something original, and it is out towards the airport!

We're getting married at Houstoun House which is 15 mins tops from the airport and it's beautiful, they do whirlwind packages too if you're booking last minute x
