I received my shoes this morning from ebay, They were described as only being worn for 30 mins and in excellent condition. WELL they are covered in black either cat or dog hair. One has lolly pop stuck on the inside. There are diamantes missing from the detail. The shoes are covered in black, brown and yellow marks. The heels are badly scuffed and the fabric has been torn in a few places. They also smell really foosty, a bit like curry? Ive emailed the seller whos listing as no returns or refunds but surely ill be able to get my money back on these as theyre a joke! Anyone experienced in this area or going through the same thing?because ive never had to do this before x

and was she 100%? if shes got a high percentage I'll doubt she'll want to see that drop with negative feedback, I expect she will refund your money, if not whack a dispute on her.

ebay rues are if the item is not 100% as described or unfit for use you have a right to a refund did you pay by paypal if so you can get our money back throuh them you need to go through the proper hannes though so send her a message through ebay so its tracked do not send personnal messages as these can not be varified

I think it sounds reasonable enough? And hopefully theyll just do it that way, but then im wondering if its worth my while paying P&P to send something back

ebay should sort this out for you and if you paid thro paypal then you can open a dispute and they will fight your case and give you a refund x

Definitely not as described then hun so you should have no trouble getting your money back. However I agree with the idea of looking for new shoes now as it will probably take a while and you don't want to be stressed about trying to find shoes. xxx

I would not wait open a dispute straight away. The seller responds in the same way when you open a dispute, by emailing etc. All this recorded so ebay paypal can check what is said. It all takes some time can if a refund is given, you can cancel the dispute

If you paid by paypal you will be able to get your money back but it may take some time if the buyer will not co-operate quickly and easily. I opened up a dispute with a lady who never sent a top I brought and paid for and it took me 25 days to get a full refund. I wasn't that bothered about it as it was only a few quid but thats not the point. Open a dispute up asap x x x

Its ok, shes emailed me back offering a full refund, so ive said to her if she offers a partial refund ill try and get the blighters cleaned cause i really dont have the time to shoe hunt x

the ones ive got i love, think theres a pic of them in with my dress, theyre schuh shoes, ivory in colour, 4/5 inch heel with a diamonte brooch on the front of them which matched my dress x

I got mine from littlewoods, and they are quite sturdy and pretty. They havent got WOW factor, but i only wanted stability factor. Might be worth a look though
