Hi all im getting married easter weekend 2014 and would like to incorporate it in to the day without it being tacky. I had the idea of an easter egg hunt for the guests but the other half aint fussed. What's your opinions on it? X

It sounds like fun but depending on the run down of the day there may not be time. The only time I can think you'd do it is whilst you're having photos taken and it'll give guests something to do then but generally guests have a drink, possibly canapés if you're doing them and a catch amongst themselves so may not be interested in a hunt. I'd suggest making a rough run down running order of the day with timings and see where you could fit it in. If you're having children at the wedding it'll be great for them xx

Hi, We got married on good Friday this year and had some small easter touches within our day. We had daffodils within my bouquet and as the table centrepieces and within the kids goody bags they had lego which they could build into chicks and eggs, and easter themed colouring books which they all loved. We also did mini eggs instead of almonds in organza bags as part of the favours.
I love the sound of an easter egg hunt but depending on your venue it may be hard to pull off! Good luck with the planning :-) xx

Hello :) I'm getting married easter 2015 ! We're getting married in a church which will be decorated with their easter flowers and for favours we have chosen personalised shot glasses filled with mini eggs. We are also doing mini egg cupcakes for the sweetie table and my centerpieces are easter themed if I can find what I'm looking for for them :)

Unless there are a lot of children I would skip an egg hunt, but Easter eggs, chocolate bunnies, mini eggs - yummy
