try Balloons Galore in Ashby hun, not sure how cheap they are but know a lot of people use them and what they do looks nice. Or you could do it yourself to save you and ben money, thats what were doing. Clinton cards will fill balloons up with hellium for 50p or 75p a balloon and table decorations from the £shop, if you need help when mine is all done with i'll pop over one night xx
